Backdoorprogramm:win32/Cycbot.B. + Proxy verändert
 
Hallo Trojaner-Board,

seit Donnerstag habe ich ein BDS/Cycbot.B.1491 auf meinem Laptop und weiß nicht richtig wie ich dagegen vorgehen soll, da ich im Computer- und Virenbereich absolut keine Ahnung habe.

Erst konnte ich noch ins Internet gehen, aber es öffneten sich komische Seiten und gestern Mittag war es soweit, dass ich garnicht mehr ins Internet kam, da wohl die Proxy-Server Einstellungen verändert wurden.

Der Windows-Defender hat es angeblich entfernt und sagt, dass der Computer normal ausgeführt wird, aber das Internet geht immernoch nicht und es kommt immer die Meldung: "Die in der Registrierung angegebene Anmeldung "C:\Users\[x]\AppData\Local\Temp\csrss.exe" konnte nicht geladen oder gestartet werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Datei vorhanden ist, oder entfernen Sie den Eintrag mit Bezug auf diese Datei aus der Registrierung."

Muss ich den Laptop neu aufsetzen oder ist er noch zu retten?

Ich hoffe, dass ich eure Regeln bezüglich der Threads gut genug eingehalten hab und das Problem offensichtlich ist. Schon im Voraus vielen Dank für eure Hilfe, ich wünsche mir dass alles wieder in Ordnung kommt, da ich schon am verzweifeln bin.

Hallo und :hallo:

Bitte routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!

Danach OTL:

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.

ok, schon mal danke für die Antwort, aber das Problem ist ja auch, dass ich über meinen Laptop nicht mehr ins Internet komme und somit nicht die Datei runterladen kann. Kann ich es via USB-Stick draufladen oder wie sollte ich vorgehen?

Noch weitere Fragen:
1. Muss ich damit rechnen, dass die anderen PCs, die im Haus sind, wie der mit dem ich jetzt immer euch schreibe, auch infiziert sind?
2. Ich habe gelesen, dass mit einem backdoor-Programm illegale Sachen mit meiner IP-Adresse gemacht werden können. Wie kann ich mich davon absichern, dass es unterbunden wird und ich keine Probleme bekomme für Dinge die ein anderer über meine IP macht? :eek:

Möglich ist es. Falls du die auch analysieren willst, machst du für jeden Rechner einen einzelnen neuen Strang auf.

Du installierst keine Backdoors ;)

Scan mit Malwarebytes ist jetzt durch, allerdings konnte ich es auf meinem Laptop nicht aktualisieren aufgrund des fehlenden Internets...ich hoffe mal, dass es trotzdem aussagekräftig ist :)

aber ohne Internet kann ichs doch nicht updaten?! Auf dem PC, von dem aus ich euch schreibe, habe ichs geupdatet, aber das bringt ja nicht viel für den Laptop :confused:

Übertrag die Datei rules.ref aus dem Malwarebytes-App-Verzeichnis vom Laptop, der aktuelle Sigs hat auf das Gerät wo die Internetverbindung nicht klappt.

Bei Vista liegt die rules.ref hier => C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Bei XP hier => C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Da gibt es languages, licenses, changes, mbam.dll, mbamcore.dll, mbamext.dll, mbamnet.dll, ssubtmr6.dll, unins000 (Outlook-Element), mbam (Hilfe-Datei), unins000.dat, mbam (Anwendung), mbamgui, mbamservice, unins000 (Setup), vbalsgrid6.ocx
Aber von rules.ref kann ich nichts sehen :eek:
