TR/Spy.Gen taucht immer wieder auf !
 
Hallo an alle :schmoll:,

als ich heute morgen meinen Rechner gestartet hatte, bekam ich bei AntiVir auf einmal den Fund: TR/Spy.Gen. Ich dachte, na gut löschen und weg ist es, aber die Meldung taucht immer und immer wieder auf. Es ist angeblich die Datei:

C./Users/FleXx/AppData/Roaming/uninstall23069

Die Sache ist, dass ich den Ordner Roaming garnicht besitze.
Mein Betriebssystem: Windows7

Was soll ich tun, und wie bekomme ich diese nervigen Meldungen weg ??? Bitte um Hilfe, danke im Vorraus.

Hallo und :hallo:

bitte nen Vollscan mit malwarebytes machen und Log posten. Danach OTL:

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.

Die Datei ist ok. Es handelt sich um die hijackthis.exe, die in winserve.exe umbenannt wurde. Noch Probleme oder weitere Funde?

Ok, ja es gab da noch ein Problem, es hat sich hin und wieder 3 mal hintereinander ein Popup geöffnet. Das hat aber sicher mit dem Virus zu tun weil das vorher nie war.

Wie soll ich jetzt weiter vorgehen um den Virus loszuwerden ???

Ein Popup bedeutet nicht automatisch Schädlingsbefall. Da Du den Popup nicht genauer beschreibst, kann man dazu keine Aussagen machen.

LOL . Ich schlussfolgere deshalb einen Schädling, weil ca. alle 20 Sekunden eine Meldung kommt Virus endeckt!!! Und diese Popups haben was mit dem Virus zu tun weil das mehrere haben. Sie öffnen sich einfach so und das war bevor ich den Virus hatte noch nicht so.

Ich will einfach nur diesen behinderten VIrus von meinem Rechner und bitte um Hilfe dazu.

Du bist echt witzig! Woher soll ich das wissen, dass alle 20 Sekunden sowas aufpoppt, Du das aber nicht von allein mitteilst und nur was von drei Popups erzählst? Muss ich Dir alles aus der Nase ziehen? :pfui:

Da Du ein 64-Bit-Windows hast, ist die Auswahl der Tools sehr beschränkt, im alten OTL-Log seh ich so nichts und Malwarebytes hat nichts berauschendes gefunden.
Mach daher mal nen Durchgang mit SASW und poste das Log.

Also ich hab jetzt mit SUPERAntiSpyware nen Suchlauf gemacht und er hat beim ersten mal 36 Bedrohungen gefunden, die ich aber wieder gelöscht habe und bei jedem weiteren Suchlauf findet er immer wieder 9 Bedrohungen. Das gute ist, dass immer wenn der Virus endeckt worden is, ne Roaming Datei oder so infiziert war und die gefundenen Bedrohungen auch Roaming Datein sind. Aber ich verstehe es nicht, wieso bei jeden Suchlauf immer wieder die gleichen 9 Datein auftauchen, obwohl ich sie immer wieder entferne ?!? Hier ein Screenshot von den infizierten Datein: (ich hab auch keine Ahnung, was das für E-mail Adressen im Screenshot sind o.O ???)

Warum schreibst Du alles in Fettschrift?? Das dient nur um bestimmte Passagen hervorzuheben, ist aber nicht dazu gedacht, dass man ständig fett schreibt!!

Da SASW auch nur Cookies gefunden hast, solltest Du jetzt mal genauer beschreiben, wann die Popups auftren und welche Programme du da offen hast bzw. ob das auch passiert wenn kein Browser gestartet ist. Poste am besten auch einen Screenshots dieser Popups.

Also, die Popups öffnen sich zu unbestimmter Zeit und sie haben sich auch schon geöffnet, als ich nichts nebenbei offen hatte. Das gute ist, das es schon länger keine Popups mehr gab und es auch schon länger keine Fundmeldung über den TR/Spy.Gen gab. Aber ich denke trozdem nicht, das der Virus schon weg ist.

Weitere Hinweise in den Logs seh ich nicht und wie ich anfangs bereits erwähnt habe, sind leistungsfähigere Tools auf einem 64-Bit-Windows nicht möglich (da inkompatibel) aber auch eigentlich nicht notwendig, zB weil ein 64-Bit-Win KernelPatchProtection hat.

Wenn Dir das nicht reicht kannst Du gern mit zig weiteren Tools Deiner Wahl scannen oder einfach das System neuaufsetzen, vorher die interne Festplatte komplett formatieren. Dann sind alle Viren garantiert weg.

Ja der Virus ist immernoch da, wie ich schon sagte !!!
Also der einzigste Weg ihn wegzubekommen, ist wohl die Festplatte zu formatieren oder ??? Oder könnte ich auch einfach den Roaming Ordner oder Datei löschen ??? Wenn ja, wie ? Ich finde den Ordner nämlich nicht

Also 1. wie ich oben geschrieben habe, kommen von Antivir Virenmeldungen!!! Die kommen jetzt wieder. Und was heist das ? Na das der Virus noch da ist ^^

Und 2. ja ich meine das mit den Cookies löschen weil sich der Virus dort befindet ;)

Lass Dir alle Dateien anzeigen und lösch den Ordner per Hand. Evtl ist das Tool Unlocker behilflich.

Großen Dank :Boogie: Ich habe jetzt alle uninstall Datein im Ordner Roaming gelöscht und hoffe, das der Virus weg ist. Mal abwarten
