Trojaner-Board - Problem - sshnas21.dll konnte nicht geladen werden

Hallo liebe Freunde!
Seit einiger Zeit kommt beim Starten immer die Meldung: "Fehler beim Starten von sshnas21.dll - die Datei konnte nicht gefunden werden."
Und von Zeit zu Zeit öffnet sich der Internet Explorer ganz von selbst, und zeigt irgendeine Werbung an. ich bin grad dabei, diverse Scans mit Sicherheitsprogrammen durchzuführen und die Empfehlungen anzuwenden.
