Trojaner TR/AutorunINF.29 durch USB-Stick
 
Hallo!

Beim Einstecken meines USB-Sticks kam vom Antivir-Guard der Hinweis auf das Trojanische Pferd TR/AutorunINF.29 in der Datei autorun.inf. Ich habe den Zugriff verweigert, danach konnten Avira Antivir und Malwarebytes nichts finden, aber seither erkennt Windows das Antiviren-Programm nicht mehr.

Ich wollte den Fund im Antivir dann gern in Quarantäne verschieben, weiß aber nicht, ob/wie das geht.

Hallo und :hallo:

Sieht aus als hättest Du Glück gehabt. Ich empfehle aber das Verwenden von eingeschränkten Rechten und den Autostart grundsätzlich zu deaktivieren. Falls Du einen verseuchten Stick dransteckst und der Virenscanner erkennt das nicht hast Du den Salat.

Um den zu deaktivieren hab ich mal die noautoplay.reg hochgeladen. Lad das mal auf dem Desktop herunter, führ die Datei aus und bestätige mit ja. Nach einem Neustart des Rechners ist der Autostart auf allen Laufwerken deaktiviert, d.h. keine CD, kein Stick oder sonstwas startet nach dem Einstecken mehr automatisch.

Überprüf auch mal die Updates:

Windows-/Internet Explorer Update
Besuch mit dem IE die MS-Updateseite und lass Dir alle wichtigen Updates installieren. Vista-User: Anleitung Windows-Update
Es geht v.a. um den IE8, auch wenn Du ihn nicht nutzt.

Adobe Acrobat Reader aktualisieren
Dein Adobe Reader ist nicht aktuell, was ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Wir empfehlen daher, die alte Version über Systemsteuerung => Software zu deinstallieren, indem Du dort auf "Adobe Reader x.0" klickst und das Programm entfernst. Starte den Rechner neu und downloade den aktuellen Acrobat-Reader herunter und installiere ihn.

Falls Dir der Adobe Acrobat Reader nicht gefällt, kannst Du alternativ auch Foxit PDF Reader installieren. Er ist "schlanker" und benutzt weniger Resourcen.

Veraltete Java-Installationen sind ein Sicherheitsrisiko, daher solltest Du die alten Versionen löschen (falls vorhanden) und auf die neuste aktualisieren. Beende dazu alle Programme (v.a. die Browser), klick danach auf Start, Systemsteuerung, Software und deinstalliere darüber alle aufgelisteten Java-Versionen. Lad Dir danach von hier das aktuelle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) herunter und installiere es.

Hallo,

danke fürs Anschauen - ich habe jetzt ein kleines Problem mit dem automatischen Windows-Update, nachdem ich auf der Seite war und nach Updates gesucht habe. Es dauert extrem lang, nach vier Stunden waren erst 5 Prozent heruntergeladen, dann ist mir der Firefox abgestürzt (IE ging auch nicht mehr), also alles wieder von vorn.
Kann es sein, dass wirklich so viel herunterzuladen ist? Und gibt es da auch einen anderen Weg als das automatische Update?

Ähhh..
Wie kann Dir der Firefox beim Windows-Update abstürzen? Der FF ist mit dem Windows- bzw. Microsoftupdate garnicht kompatibel :balla: (höchstens mit der Erweiterung IETab)

Probiers es nochmal mit dem Internet Explorer. Aber den wirklich nur für die MS-Updateseite nehmen.

Alternative manuelles herunterladen + installieren:
- Service Pack 3 (ca. 313 MB)
- IE8-Setup
- aktuelles Updatepack von zB winhelpline.info

Naja, FF ist mein Standardbrowser - und das Problem war beim automatischen Update, das beginnt, sobald die Internetverbindung hergestellt ist (gelbes Rufzeichen), da war der Browser gar nicht geöffnet... das dann eben extrem langsam, und plötzlich hat das Update abgebrochen, die Verbindung war zwar noch da, aber der Browser konnte keine Seiten mehr laden.

Und wenn das passiert, muss ich immer neustarten, damit es wieder geht.

Ich werde mal kurz den IE als Standard festlegen und das automatische Update wieder aktivieren.

Der IE braucht nicht Dein Standardbrowser zu sein. Es reicht den zu öffnen und auf die Microsoft-Updateseite zu steuern.

Also das automatische Update, das durch ein gelbes Zeichen mit Rufzeichen in der Leiste unten sichtbar wird. Das macht Probleme!

Deswegen sollst Du ja auch das manuelle Update machen :balla:
Oder eben SP3 etc. manuell die Komplett-Setups downloaden und offline installieren.

Hallo nochmal,

ich habe jetzt die Updates gemacht - funktioniert soweit alles, aber der Rechner ist manchmal etwas langsam (Cursor blockiert z. B.), und Windows erkennt Avira Antivir immer noch nicht. Wie kommt das? Vorher war es ja nicht so, heißt das nicht, dass irgendwas nicht stimmt? :confused:

Was genau meinst Du damit, dass Windows das AntiVir nicht kennt? Tauscht es nicht im Sicherheitscenter auf? Ich würde AntiVir mal komplett deinstallieren, Rechner neu starten, AntiVir-Setup neu herunterladen und eben wieder installieren. Evtl. meldet das Setup den Virenscanner dann wieder neu an.

Mach bitte vorher noch einen Kontrollscan, öffne Malwarebytes, aktualisiere das Programm, starte einen Vollscan und lass alle etwaigen Funde entfernen. Anschließend wieder das Logfile posten.

Antivir ist neu installiert, die Warnung vom Sicherheitscenter taucht aber immer noch auf, im Sicherheitscenter steht "auf diesem Computer konnte keine Antivirussoftware gefunden werden".

Der aktualisierte Malwarebytes-Scan hat nichts gefunden.

Nach der Deinstallation von Antivir und dem anschließenden Neustart war die Fehlermeldung "explorer.exe hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden". In der Leiste unten war die Warnung: "Windows - Datenverlust beim Schreiben. Es konnten nicht alle Daten der Datei ... gespeichert werden..." :confused:
Das Deinstallieren selber hat auch erst beim dritten Versuch nach langer Wartezeit geklappt...

4. Die folgende Abfrage mit j bestätigen und enter drücken.
5. Windows neu starten, es sollte ein Hinweis auf eine geplante Datenträgerüberprüfung erscheinen - die Zeit verstreichen lassen, keine Taste drücken!!
6. Abwarten bis der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist. Bei großen Partitionen kann es u.U. recht lange dauern. Windows bootet automatisch neu.

Ich hab den Befehl so eingegeben, aber seit sieben Stunden nicht den Eindruck, dass sich da irgendetwas tut... wie sollte diese Prozedur sich denn zeigen? Soll die Windows-Oberfläche ganz normal erscheinen oder nicht? Wie lange kann das maximal dauern?
Und wenn danach Windows automatisch neu startet, woher würde ich denn wissen, dass der Vorgang fertig ist? Ich kann ja nicht die ganze Zeit davor sitzen...

Ich habe nicht den Eindruck, dass er irgendwo hängenbleibt, die Oberfläche hat nach dem Neustart ganz normal ausgesehen.

Nein, keine Prozentanzeige - unmittelbar nach dem Neustart-Befehl war ich kurz weg vom Computer, nach dem Hochfahren war jedenfalls nichts von einem Hinweis zu sehen.

Bei deinem Link sehe ich leider kein Bild, aber nach dem Neustart (nach dem Befehl wie von dir beschrieben) hat alles so ausgesehen wie immer.

Hast Du Dich vllt vertippt? Wurdest Du gefragt, ob das Volume beim nächsten Systemstart geprüft werden soll?

Ich habe es an sich schon genau eingetippt, wurde auch gefragt, ob beim nächsten Start geprüft werden soll.

Sicherheitshalber:
Sind das vor den / Leerräume?
Wann sollte beim Neustarten dieser Hinweis auf Prüfung erscheinen?
Wo sollte die Prozentanzeige erscheinen?
Bekomme ich nach Abschluss des Vorgangs eine Meldung?

Damit ich weiß, ob es auch läuft, wie es soll...

Eigentlich nach dem Windows-Bootlogo, da müsste ein Text kommen mit blauem Hintergrund und eben dem Hinweis, dass eine Datenträgerüberprüfung geplant sei - die dortigen 10 Sekunden Countdown darf man nicht durch einen Tastendruck abwürgen, sonst startet das chkdsk nicht!!

Die %-Anzeige kommt nach dem 10 Sekunden Countdown, wenn die Prüfung aktiv ist.
Nach dem Abschluss bekommst Du so direkt keine Meldung, aber evtl. taucht beim Neustart nach dem chkdsk eine Meldung auf, dass Probleme erkannt und behoben wurden oder das Volume fehlerfrei sei (sinngemäß)

Jetzt hat es funktioniert (beim ersten Versuch hat das eindeutig nicht stattgefunden). Bei den Dateidaten war die Meldung: Fehlerhafte Cluster in der Datei ... wurden ersetzt.
Nach dem automatischen Neustart war die Meldung: Volume ist fehlerfrei.

Der Cursor gehorcht jetzt wieder einwandfrei... :) Das Antivirenprogramm taucht nach wie vor nicht im Sicherheitscenter auf, müsste ich das jetzt noch einmal neuinstallieren?

Ach ja, und als ich noch vor der ganzen Prozedur noch einmal heruntergefahren bin, hat Windows beim Start dann automatisch abgebrochen, ich musste dann über die "letzte bekannte Konfiguration" einsteigen. Aber der darauffolgende Start war normal.

Ist zwar für Vista, könnte bei Dir aber auch klappen.

Ich konnte den Ordner "Repository" nicht umbenennen, da wurde der Zugriff verweigert, und ich sollte sicherstellen, dass die Datei nicht voll oder schreibgeschützt ist oder anders verwendet wird...
