Trojaner-Board - Avira hat bei mir "HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen" gefunden.

Hi,

bin neu hier und hatte noch nie einen virus. Antivir hat bei mir den oben genannten entdeckt. Habe ihn gelöscht und danach im Web etwas nach infos gesucht. Leider variierten die Aussagen von "ungefährlich oder fehlalarm" bis "formatieren". Was mach ich jetzt am besten? Hier meine hijacthis file:
