Trojaner-Board - kein windows & antivir update mehr möglich

hallo miteinander,

ich habe folgendes problem,
gestern hat antivir einen trojaner entdeckt, diesen hab ich dann in die Quarantäne gesteckt und wolltre ihn dann nach einem neustart löschen.
dies hat wohl auch "funktioniert" ,weil antivir jetz kein TR mehr findet, nur kann
ich immer noch keine windows oder antivir updates machen.
leider wei sich nicht mehr genau wie der gefundene trojaner heist, aber es war was mit "TR/Agent.??WY.7 (??=> diese buchstaben weis ich nicht mehr:()
jetz habe ich spybot durchlaufen lassn und der hat folgendes entdeckt:

ich habe mal noch eine hijackt log erstellt, werde daraus aber leider nicht schlau.
