Internet geht nicht mehr richtig
 
Hi,

hab seit einer Woche das Problem, das mein Internet nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Seiten brauchen ewig bis sie geladen sind. Mehr wie eine seite kann ich nicht mehr aufmachen, sonst tut sich gar nichts mehr. Avira is bereits drüber gelaufen, alles iO. Mit der Telekom hab ich auch schon geredet, Leitung ist in Ordnung, also daran kanns nicht liegen. Speedtest: Download immer um die 3000kbit/s, der Upload allerdings bei 2-45 kbit/s
Es sind in letzter zeit auch keine neuen Programme auf dem Pc installiert worden, kann also nur noch sein, das sich was eingeschlichen hat, was avira nicht findet.

Hallo

führe bitte zunächst die Windowsupdates zu ende, oder besuch mit dem Internet Explorer diese Seite
Microsoft Windows Update
installiere alle verfügbaren Patches und berichte bitte anschließend.
Dein Logfile ist unauffällig.

Hi,

danke schonmal für den tipp mit dem Update. Hab eigentlich erwartet, wenn ich "automatisches update" eingestellt hab, das es das dann auch macht. Hab das ganze jetzt runtergeladen und installiert.

Hab danach direkt nochmal auf Speedmeter getestet, der erste test war: download 2900, upload 350 und verbindungen 666. Paar minuten danach hab ich nochmal durchlaufen lassen und es war wieder alles so wie vorher. Upload total niedrig und verbindungen auch. Am Update kann es also nicht gelegen haben. :(

was finden tu ich nicht, ist ja auch was positives.
Zu deinem Problem mit der I-Netverbindung habe ich leider keine rechte Idee, sorry.

ok das sich da nix eingeschlichen hat, beruhigt mich schonmal, behebt das Prob aber nicht.


hab den befehl über ausführen jetzt mal eingegeben. in der Textdatei steht aber nur folgendes:

Hi,


hab jetzt gerade nach einer Woche nochmal einen Anruf von der Telekom bekommen. Es liegt also doch an ihnen, irgendwo auf dem weg gibts Packetverluste. Sind auch mehrere Leute betroffen. Die hätten sich wohl auch nicht weiter drum gekümmert, wenn ich nicht mind 3x am tag angerufen hätte ^^
Gut das jetzt der Grund gefunden ist, jetzt muß ich nur noch warten bis es behoben wurde.
