Kleiner runder Button, der Seiten verschiebt, das Schreiben stört und viele Tabs öffnet
 

Hallo liebe Leute,

ich habe mir einen kleinen runden Button eingefangen, der die Seiten verschiebt, schreiben verhindert und 20 Tabs aufeinmal öffnet. Ich habe Windows neu aufgespielt und er ist immer noch da. Ich habe keine fremden Programme mehr auf C:.
Weiss jemand Rat? Es ist unmöglich zu arbeiten, so wie es jetzt ist und kein Programm, was ich zum Schutz und zum scannen versucht habe erkennt dieses Ding. Für das Schreiben dieses Textes habe ich 30 Min gebraucht, weil dieses Teil immer wieder das Schreiben verhindert hat.
Ich wäre sehr dankbar für eine Idee!!!!!!

Bitte lade dir die passende Version von Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool auf deinen Desktop: FRST 32-Bit | FRST 64-Bit
(Wenn du nicht sicher bist: Lade beide Versionen oder unter Start > Computer (Rechtsklick) > Eigenschaften nachschauen)

• Starte jetzt FRST.
• Ändere ungefragt keine der Checkboxen und klicke auf Untersuchen.
• Die Logdateien werden nun erstellt und befinden sich danach auf deinem Desktop.
• Poste mir die FRST.txt und nach dem ersten Scan auch die Addition.txt in deinem Thread (#-Symbol im Eingabefenster der Webseite anklicken)

Doch ich ich habe mit der Recovery alles neu aufgespielt. Allerdings habe ich Dokumente von C: wieder drauf gespielt. Das war wahrscheinlich ein Fehler :-).

Logs sind zwar ziemlich unauffällig...aber mach mal:

Adware/Junkware/Toolbars entfernen

Alte Versionen von adwCleaner und falls vorhanden JRT vorher löschen, danach neu runterladen auf den Desktop!
Virenscanner jetzt vor dem Einsatz dieser Tools bitte komplett deaktivieren!

1. Schritt: adwCleaner

Downloade Dir bitte AdwCleaner auf deinen Desktop.

• Schließe alle offenen Programme und Browser. Bebilderte Anleitung zu AdwCleaner.
• Starte die AdwCleaner.exe mit einem Doppelklick.
• Stimme den Nutzungsbedingungen zu.
• Klicke auf Optionen und vergewissere dich, dass die folgenden Punkte ausgewählt sind:
  • "Tracing" Schlüssel löschen
  • Winsock Einstellungen zurücksetzen
  • Proxy Einstellungen zurücksetzen
  • Internet Explorer Richtlinien zurücksetzen
  • Chrome Richtlinien zurücksetzen
  • Stelle sicher, dass alle 5 Optionen wie hier dargestellt, ausgewählt sind
• Klicke auf Suchlauf und warte bis dieser abgeschlossen ist.
• Klicke nun auf Löschen und bestätige auftretende Hinweise mit Ok.
• Dein Rechner wird automatisch neu gestartet. Nach dem Neustart öffnet sich eine Textdatei. Poste mir deren Inhalt mit deiner nächsten Antwort.
• Die Logdatei findest du auch unter C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Cx].txt. (x = fortlaufende Nummer).

2. Schritt: JRT - Junkware Removal Tool

Beende bitte Deine Schutzsoftware um eventuelle Konflikte zu vermeiden.
Bitte lade Junkware Removal Tool auf Deinen Desktop

• Starte das Tool mit Doppelklick. Ab Windows Vista (oder höher) bitte mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator ausführen" starten.
• Drücke eine beliebige Taste, um das Tool zu starten.
• Je nach System kann der Scan eine Weile dauern.
• Wenn das Tool fertig ist wird das Logfile (JRT.txt) auf dem Desktop gespeichert und automatisch geöffnet.
• Bitte poste den Inhalt der JRT.txt in Deiner nächsten Antwort.

3. Schritt: Frisches Log mit FRST

Bitte lade dir die passende Version von Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool auf deinen Desktop: FRST 32-Bit | FRST 64-Bit
(Wenn du nicht sicher bist: Lade beide Versionen oder unter Start > Computer (Rechtsklick) > Eigenschaften nachschauen)

• Starte jetzt FRST.
• Ändere ungefragt keine der Checkboxen und klicke auf Untersuchen.
• Die Logdateien werden nun erstellt und befinden sich danach auf deinem Desktop.
• Poste mir die FRST.txt und nach dem ersten Scan auch die Addition.txt in deinem Thread (#-Symbol im Eingabefenster der Webseite anklicken)

Ich habe Freitag abend das Betriebssystem noch mal neu aufgespielt, weil ich bei 96 offenen Tabs war. Heute ist dieses Teil wieder da und ich war vorhin bei 122 offenen Tabs. Ich kann gar nichts mehr machen hier.

Hast Du einen Tip für ein neues Betriebssystem?

Wie füge ich den Screenshot den hier ein ? Hab gerade einen gemacht und mit einfügen geht es nicht.

Ich wüsste ja schon mal gern, was das für ein hartnäckiges Biest ist, das ich habe.

Das kommt drauf an was du da für Programme meinst. Für Linux gibt es auch native Versionen von zB Firefox, Thunderbird, Google Chrome, VLC-Player, LibreOffice, ... und das Betriebssystem ist nicht nur kostenlos, man bekommt auch Sicherherheitsupdates kostenlos.

Kann ich dir nicht sagen was das sein soll, ich hab dich ja um einen Screenshot gebeten. In den Logs sehe ich nix, abgesehen von den fehlenden Updates...

Und die Logs,da weiss ich auch nicht was fehlt. Jetzt sind sie auch weg und ich bin so genervt von diesem Problem weil gar nichts mehr geht. Inzwischen kann ich nur noch im abgesicherten Modus hochfahren, weil das normal immer abstürzt. Also das ist kein unauffälliges Problem.

Wie dem auch sei, wenn der ständig abkachelt auch nach einer frischen Neuinstallation sollte man mal nachsehen wie sich der Rechner mit einem anderen OS (Xubuntu oder Lubuntu) verhält, ob er da auch instabil ist.

Ich das ganze System etzt noch mal aufgesetzt und heute ist er wieder da! ER hängt im Anhang. Und ich mache etzt alles noch mal. Ansonsten ist das System stabil! Was meintest Du mit: die Windows-dienste ausstellen? Die Firewall etc.? Damit es keine Kollisionen mit dem Virenprogramm gibt?

Hallo zusammen,

ich musste etwas schmunzeln als ich deine Fehlerbeschreibung gelesen habe. Der Grund ist vermutlich kein Virus und auch das neuaufsetzen hilft deshalb wenig. Der Grund ist dass du die mittlere Maustaste (häufig das Scrollrad) drückst. Wenn du darauf drückst (zb im Browser) dann erscheint der kleine runde Knopf welcher dafür gedacht ist die Seite zu verschieben. Ein erneutes Drücken der Taste deaktiviert diesen Verschiebemodus.
Das drücken der mittleren Maustaste/Scrollrad auf Links öffnet diese in einem neuen Tab. Diese Funktion ist sehr hilfreich wenn man zb auf ner Newsseite ist und interessante Artikel öffnen möchte.
Ich habe bei vielen Benutzern schon erlebt dass sie aus versehen auf die Taste drücken. Es kann aber sonst auch ein Hardwarefehler sein dass der Schalter einfach zu sensibel ist und deshalb von alleine solche Klicks ausgelöst werden. Ich hoffe ich konnte damit etwas helfen :)
Die Auswertung der FRST Logs und so weiter überlasse ich natürlich Cosinus. Bei ihr bist du in guten Händen :)

Ich kann es aus der Ferne natürlich nicht mit 100% Sicherheit sagen, aber es klingt schon sehr danach :D

Außerdem kann es sich auch um ein Defekt des Mausrads handeln. Nach einiger Zeit haben die oft keinen klaren Druckpunkt mehr.

:applaus: Also ich musste wirklich auch sehr lachen. Dachte schon ich hätte eine Meise, weil dieses Teil auch nach 3! maligem installieren nicht verschwunden ist :rolleyes:. Dann ist meine Maus kaputt. Er taucht nämlich auch auf wenn ich wie jetzt gar nichts mit ihr mache und stört beim Schreiben. Und ich habe ihn vor einer Woche zum ersten Mal gesehen!

Aber ich habe doch Ausdauer bewiesen, finde ich!

So neue die neue Maus ist installiert und alles funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Ich kann normal schreiben!!!! Und kein Tab öffnet sich, ohne dass ich das will. Zum Schluss waren es 122!!!!

Schön zu hören dass zumindest dass Problem nun behoben ist. Bitte warte noch das finale OK von Cosinus ab, da ich deine Logfiles nicht durchgeschaut habe.
Mir ist nur aufgefallen dass du Windows Media Encoder 9 Series installiert hast. Generell würde ich von Codecs Packs abraten, da sie sehr oft Viren enthalten oder instabil laufen. Der von dir verwendete Encoder stammt aber von Microsoft und ist deshalb noch ok. Solltest du mal ein Video/Audio nicht abspielen können, empfehle ich dir VLC Media Player. Dieser kann mit einer Vielzahl von Formaten umgehen.

Desweiteren hast du noch Windows Defender aktiviert. Ich bin kein Kaspersky Experte wie du meiner Signatur entnehmen kannst, aber bei den meisten Antivirenprogrammen ist es ratsam Windows Defender zu deaktivieren. Dieser bietet nur einen grundlegenden Schutz und kann nicht mit einem vollwertigem Virenschutz mithalten. Um Ressourcen zu schonen und eventuelle Konflikte zu vermeiden, rate ich dir diesen zu deaktivieren.

Ja, Danke. Ich bin auch sehr froh! Was das Codex Pack betrifft,das habe ich nicht persönlich runtergeladen, das kam wahrscheinlich mit den Uploads.

Und ja ich habe manchmal Probleme mit Videos. Irgendein Skript von Shockwave funktioniert dann nicht. Der PC läuft dann heiss und stürzt ab. Meist kurz vor Ende des Videos. Möglicherweise ist das aber auch ein Hardware Problem. Der der Akku den Geist aufgegeben hat.

Shockwave wird sehr häufig von Werbung verwendet. Die meisten anderen Videos nutzen Adobe Flash oder HTML 5. Überprüfe mal welche Version du von Shockwave installiert hast. Die neueste Version gibt es hier:
