Trojaner Sparkasse hallo , ich bin absoluter Laie im Umgang mit der Technik von Computern . Hatte gestern meiner Bankberaterin eine Mail geschickt . Heute kam eine Mail der "sparkasse " zurück mit der Bitte um Daten Abgleich , ansonsten müsse man das kostenpflichtig per Post machen . Im Anhang eine HTM Datei mit dem erforderlichen Schriftstück . Ich habe die Datei ...leider ... geöffnet . Dort wurde nach meinen Zugangsdaten gefragt . Die hab ich nicht eingegeben . Wab sofort die bank angerufen ob diese mail von ihnen sei . War sie natürlich nicht . Der Fachbearbeiter sagte mir das es sich wahrscheinlich um einen Trojaner handelt , hat mein Online Konto bei dieser Bank sofort gesperrt . Alleine durch das öffnen der Datei , auch wenn ich keine Daten abgeschickt habe ?? Er hat mir geraten mich sofort an einen Computerfachmann zu wenden . Ich bin aber zur zeit in einer Klinik , deshalb geht das nicht . Dann hat er mir Trojaner board empfohlen . Kann mir jemand helfen ? Ich hab null Ahnung was ich nun machen muss . Hab noch zwei andere Bankkonten mit denen ich online Banking mache . Sollte ich diese jetzt auch sperren lassen ? Und wie bekomm ich einen oder diesen Trojaner wieder weg ? |

 So funktioniert es:Posten in CODE-Tags Die Logfiles anzuhängen oder sogar vorher in ein ZIP, RAR, 7Z-Archive zu packen erschwert mir massiv die Arbeit, es sei denn natürlich die Datei wäre ansonsten zu gross für das Forum. Um die Logfiles in eine CODE-Box zu stellen gehe so vor:
