Trojaner-Board - Windows fährt hoch, läd dann aber unendlich lang

Hallo,
mein Windows (7) Computer fährt seit neuestem normal hoch, scheint dann aber beim start eines Programmes in eine endlose Ladeschleife zu geraten (soll heißen: er macht nichts mehr außer Laden). Ich kann ihn im Abgesicherten Modus noch normal benutzen.
Das habe ich genutzt um mit Malewarebites einen Vollständigen Check durchzuführen.
