Hallo,

meine bessere Hälfte hat bei Facebook einen Link angeklickt und den daraufhin erschienenen Download ausgeführt. Dann hat sie auch noch die Datei ausgeführt und schon hatten wir das Problem.

Seit dem kommt bei Avira immer die Meldung das o.g. Trojaner auf ihrem PC rumwuselt. Auch wenn ich weiß, dass es immer der beste Weg ist, einen Computer neu aufzusetzen, ist es etwas schwierig für uns. Also wäre ich sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte, die Daten zu retten.

2. jeder der die nachicht von ihm bekommen hatt, und den link öffnete, und die datei ausgeführt hatt, ebenfalls malware! und die müssen wiederum freunde warnen, denn jeder sendet seinerseits diese malware an andere.

bitte sie darum, mir solche links weiterzuleiten, so können wir solche dateien analysieren.
dazu kannst du gerne diese mailadresse aus meiner signatur weiterleiten.
bitte so viele leute wie möglich warnen, diese welle hat vor kurzem angefangen und wird wohl noch einige leute infizieren.

wenn ihr onlinebanking macht, lasse es auf grund von zero access befall sperren, alle passwörter müssen geendert werden
da man dieses rootkit nicht 100 %ig sicher los wird:
der pc muss neu aufgesetzt und dann abgesichert werden

habe schon bescheid gegeben, auch allen anderen , die den link bei mir dann angeklickt haben. Leider kann ich nichts mehr dazu posten, da alle Nachrichten hierzu von Facebook gelöscht wurden.

Aber hier die Nachricht von Avira:

Die Datei 'C:\Windows\Installer\{738118c9-8342-9577-baae-7e4e3f916828}\U\80000064.@'
enthielt einen Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm 'TR/ATRAPS.Gen2' [trojan].
Durchgeführte Aktion(en):
Die Datei wurde ins Quarantäneverzeichnis unter dem Namen '54cbee0b.qua' verschoben!


Ich lasse gerade auch noch Malwarebytes drüber laufen, das wird aber noch eine Weile dauern, biss es fertig ist.

rootkit befallene pcs können zu straftaten verwendet werden, wobei spam versand da das harmloseste ist

nein, denn wie oben bereits gesagt, es gibt keine 100 % sichere möglichkeit den zu entfernen, also nciht lange zaudern, daten sichern, je schneller du los legst, desto schneller sind wir durch und das gerät ist wieder sicher :-)

OKay, ich setz mich dann gleich ran und poste morgen wie es läuft.

Für das Neuinstallieren muss ich auch gleich noch etwas fragen. Das hier ist ein
Acer aspire AX3810, also ein Fertig-PC, doch leider wurde bei dem Rechner keine Windows-DVD mitgeliefert. Muss ich auch hier eine ISO-Datei runterladen? Ist eine Windows-Vista Home Premium 64-bit Version.

eines davon startet die recovery.
damit kannst du auf werkseinstellungen gehen.
dann pc absichern:
als antimalware programm würde ich emsisoft empfehlen.

Starte bitte mit der Passage, Windows Vista und Windows 7
Bitte beginne damit, Windows Updates zu instalieren.
Am besten geht dies, wenn du über Start, Suchen gehst, und dort Windows Updates eingibst.
Prüfe unter "Einstellungen ändern" dass folgendes ausgewählt ist:
- Updates automatisch Instalieren,
- Täglich
- Uhrzeit wählen
- Bitte den gesammten rest anhaken, außer:
- detailierte benachichtungen anzeigen, wenn neue Microsoft software verfügbar ist.
Klicke jetzt die Schaltfläche "OK"
Klicke jetzt "nach Updates suchen".
Bitte instaliere zunächst wichtige Updates.
Es wird nötig sein, den PC zwischendurch neu zu starten. falls dies der Fall ist, musst du erneut über Start, Suchen, Windows Update aufrufen, auf Updates suchen klicken und die nächsten instalieren.
Mache das selbe bitte mit den optionalen Updates.
Bitte übernimm den rest so, wie es im Abschnitt windows 7 / Vista zu lesen ist.

Sandboxie
Die devinition einer Sandbox ist hier nachzulesen:

Kurz gesagt, man kann Programme fast 100 %ig isuliert vom System ausführen.

Der Vorteil liegt klar auf der Hand, wenn über den Browser Schadcode eingeschläust wird, kann dieser nicht nach außen dringen.

bitte folgende zusatz konfiguration machen:
sandboxie control öffnen, menü sandbox anklicken, defauldbox wählen.
dort klicke auf sandbox einstellungen.
beschrenkungen, bei programm start und internet zugriff schreibe:
chrome.exe
dann gehe auf anwendungen, webbrowser, chrome.
dort aktiviere alles außer gesammten profil ordner freigeben.
Wie du evtl. schon gesehen hast, kannst du einige Funktionen nicht nutzen.
Dies ist nur in der Vollversion nötig, zu deren Kauf ich dir rate.
Du kannst zb unter "Erzwungene Programmstarts" festlegen, dass alle Browser in der Sandbox starten.
Ansonsten musst du immer auf "Sandboxed webbrowser" klicken bzw Rechtsklick, in Sandboxie starten.
Eine lebenslange Lizenz kostet 30 €, und ist auf allen deinen PC's nutzbar.

Dies ist aber leider nur für Windows 7 Nutzer vernünftig nutzbar.

Hallo, habe den Computer neu aufgesetzt und alle Windows-Updates installiert. Habe Avast! Antivirus installiert und ebenfalls updaten lassen.

Benutze jetzt wieder Firefox mit WOT, Adblock plus und NoScript.

Den Anweisungen für SEHOP bin ich gefolgt, UAC ist eingestellt.


Sollte ich jetzt noch etwas machen?


Edit: Habe eine voreingestellte Version von McAfee, wie kann ich diese ausschalten oder löschen?
Edit2: Mein Rechner sagt mir bei der Installation eines Spieles ich hätte keine Grafikkarte, sondern nur die SVGA-Grafikkarte. Ist das ein Hinweis auf einen weitern Virus?

1. schon mal chrome angesehen ist sicherer und schneller.
2. hast du alle treiber von den jeweiligen hersteller seiten instaliert?
ich möchte erst mal anhand einer checkliste prüfen ob du alles hast.
- instalieren von optionalen und wichtigen updates.
- konfigurieren von windows updates.
- dep für alle prozesse aktivieren.
- sehop aktivieren.
- chrome instalieren.
- sandboxie instalieren.
- autorun deaktivieren.
- panda vaccine instalieren.
- secunia instalieren.
- file hippo instalieren.
beachte:
secunia und file hippo bieten englische updates, überall wo du auf die nutzeroberfläche zugreifst, wie zb reader, browser, etc benötigst du deutsche updates, also hier die hersteller seiten in den favoriten deines browsers speichern und wenn ein update gezeigt wird, von dort hohlen, bei java, flash quicktime, ist es egal ob deutsch oder englisch.
- backup software instalieren, backup und rettungsdvd erstellen.

- wenn du onlinebanking machst, kann ich noch kurz was über die vorteile von card reader und banking software sagen.
- passwort manager instaliert.
