Trojaner TR/ATRAPS.GEN und TR/ATRAPS.GEN2 eingefangen

Hallo,
bekomme dauernd Nachrichten von Anitivir, dass die unerwünschten Programme TR/ATRAPS.GEN und TR/ATRAPS.GEN2 gefunden wurden. Leider lassen sich diese nicht entfernen.
Hab bis jetzt erst mal die Schritte befolgt, die man vorm Start eines neuen Themas beachten soll.
Leider kann ich die Logfiles nicht zippen, denn wenn ich mir 7zip herunterlade, zeigt avira an, dass sich adware in diesem Programm befindet. Hängt das auch mit dem Trojaner zusammen? Kann ich extras.txt und gmer.txt dann im nächsten Post einfügen?
Zum gmer muss ich vorher schon sagen, dass ich den Scan nach ca. 4 Stunden abgebrochen habe, weil ich weg musste und er anscheinend immer noch nicht durchgelaufen war. Ich hoffe, es hat trotzdem was gebracht.

Softonic ist eine Toolbar- und Adwareschleuder! Finger weg! Software lädt man sich mit oberster Priorität direkt vom Hersteller und nicht von solchen Toolbarklitschen wie Softonic! Im Notfall würde natürlich chip.de gehen

Hab alle Funde von Malwarebytes enfernt, sie befinden sich in der Quarantäne.
Hab weiterhin festgestellt, dass der Windows-Defender und die Windows-Firewall nicht aktiviert sind und sich auch nicht aktivieren lassen.

Jedoch lassen sich wie gesagt diese Einstellungen nicht aktivieren. Es erscheint ein Fehlercode

Downloade Dir bitte AdwCleaner auf deinen Desktop.

Starte die adwcleaner.exe mit einem Doppelklick.
Klicke auf Search.
Nach Ende des Suchlaufs öffnet sich eine Textdatei.
Poste mir den Inhalt mit deiner nächsten Antwort.
Die Logdatei findest du auch unter C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt.

Hätte da mal zwei Fragen bevor es weiter geht

1.) Geht der normale Modus von Windows (wieder) uneingeschränkt?
2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden?

2.) Ich vermisse nichts im Startmenü, keine Programme und sehe auch keine leeren Ordner.

Habe jetzt 4 mal den Scan wie beschrieben durchlaufen lassen und nach einiger Zeit kommt jedes mal die Fehlermeldung "Out ouf Memory". Danach passiert nichts mehr.
Was mache ich falsch?
