Hilfe ich weiss nicht mehr weiter!!!! Hallo ich habe mir auch einen Trojaner eingefangen. Habe nach dem Anti Vir scan 5 Trojaner gelöscht. Aber auf der Startseite kommt immer wieder eine Seite die ich nicht kenne. Ausserdem kommt beim Starten des Computers am Anfang immer der Windows Installer der sich dann nur mehr über den Task Manager beenden lässt und zu guter Letzt geht auch die javaeinstellungen nicht mehr obwohl sie alle aktiviert sind. hier die Daten: 1. Scanne dein System bitte mit eScan im abgesicherten Modus (Anleitung genau befolgen!) und poste was gefunden wird. Am einfachsten machst du das so: Direkt nach dem Scan, den Inhalt des Fensters "Virus Log Information" kopieren (Strg+A alles markieren; Strg+C kopieren) und dann in einer Textdatei abspeichern (z.B. mit Wordpad o.ä.). Dazu den Inhalt mit Strg+V in das Textverarbeitungsprogramm einfügen und das Dokument dann abspeichern. Nach dem Neustart kannst du die Infos aus der Datei dann einfach ins Forum kopieren. Wahrscheinlich wirst du um ein Neuaufsetzen nicht herumkommen. |
Hallo, danke für deinen Tipp. Ich habe den Trojaner jetzt selber weggebracht und zwar so: Im abgesicherten Modus gestartet und BSP Spyware Remover scannen lassen und tatsächlich hat er noch 5 Trojaner gefunden die ich dann gelöscht habe. Nach dem Neustart funktionierte alles wieder ohne Fehler!! Gruß und Dank SAPAN |

Ich glaube nicht, dass du E-Scan mit den beschriebenen Optionen ("all files") hast laufen lassen. Poste noch mal ein komplettes aktuelles Logfile von HJT. |
Ich habe den eScan erst dann gemacht nachdem ich BSP Spyware Remover scannen lassen habe. Das hijack Protokoll ist also alt. Werde am Abend beides nochmals posten. Bin mir aber sicher dass ich mit eScan alles gescannt habe!!!! Sapan |

@sapan systemwiederherstellung deaktivieren, neu booten, systemwiederherstellung aktivieren. newdot.net über systemsteuerung, software deinstallieren, danach sofort mit spybot scannen, wenn deine Internet verbindung nicht geht, diese mit LSP-Fix reparieren. danach wechsle in den abgesicherten modus und löasche die andere dateien manuell. neu booten und ein neues HJT logfile posten chaosman |
Hilfe gibt es jemanden der mir sagen kann was ich jetzt noch machen muss. Es funktioniert zwar alles wieder aber EScan hat noch etwas gefunden. Bin ich jetzt wieder Trojanerfrei oder muss ich noch etwas löschen bzw. scannen. Kann mir auch wer sagen welche Dateien ich manuell löschen muss damit ich nicht die falschen Dateien versehentlich lösche. Bitte um Antwort. SAPAN |
@ sapan downloade LSP-Fix. Wenn Du Probleme bekommst, ins Netz zu kommen: die Internetverbindung trennen und LSP-Fix ausführen. Den Rechner neu booten. --> "Windows Explorer -> "Extras/Ordneroptionen" -> "Ansicht" -> Haken entfernen bei "Geschützte Systemdateien ausblenden (empfohlen)" und "Alle Dateien und Ordner anzeigen" aktivieren" (Cidre) --> Boote in den abgesicherten Modus, deaktiviere die Systemwiederherstellung. Dateien kopieren, in die Windows Suche übertragen -> löschen: C:\Programme\QuickSearch\QuickSearchBar1_27.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\ezPopStub.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\nlsfuncs.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\openconf.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\WebRebates_Auto_InstallSilent. exe C:\Programme\submit\apresentfortigger.zip\TBEZ A127Q.exe C:\Programme\Web Offer\CHPON.dll C:\Programme\Web_Rebates\disp1150.exe C:\Programme\Web_Rebates\WebRebates1.exe mit LSP-Fix entfernen: C:\Programme\submit\apresentfortigger.zip\NNEZ TA388.exe Nach dem löschen in den normalen Modus booten und die Systemwiederherstellung wieder aktivieren. Update den eScan online und führe ihn nochmal im abgesicherten Modus offline aus. Gib dann wieder alle gefundenen Treffer ins Forum. |
Hallo Shadowdance, danke für deinen Ratschlag werde ich gleich heute Nachmittag durchführen. Eine Frage habe ich noch warum soll ich nicht mehr ins Internet kommen? Was macht LSP-Fix (bin in Englisch nicht so gut). Ich habe nämlich Angst dass die Trojaner dann weg sind ich aber nicht mehr ins Internet komme. Bitte um Antwort Gruß Sapan |

@Shadowdance Hallo, ich habe alle Dateien gelöscht wie du es mir gesagt hast. Mit LSP-Fix habe ich nichts gemacht da keine Files vorhanden waren. C:\Programme\submit\apresentfortigger.zip\TBEZ A127Q.exe und C:\Programme\submit\apresentfortigger.zip\NNEZ TA388.exe wurden nicht gefunden. Hast du diese gemeint: C:\Programme\filesubmit\apresentfortigger.zip\TBEZ A127Q.exe C:\Programme\filesubmit\apresentfortigger.zip\NNEZ TA388.exe die konnte ich auch so löschen. Ich habe alle Files noch im Papierkorb kann ich die nun endgültig löschen? Ich führe jetzt im abgesicherten Modus e-Scan durch und gib die Ergebnisse ins Forum. @ sapan das kommt davon, wenn man sich die Arbeit erleichtert ;-) Ich hatte die "files" mit meinem Editor alle aufeinmal weggeholt, dass es ausser den Pfadangaben noch andere files gab, hab ich nicht bemerkt ... sorry. Also Du darfst die Dateien löschen. Mit welchem Rechner führst Du denn im abgesicherten Modus den eScan durch? Ich hoffe nicht mit dem, mit dem Du gerade online bist? Du solltest damit offline sein! das dein system verloren ist @sapan . dein system ist nicht mehr vertrauenswürdig. eine neuinstallation ist nötig um das wieder in den griff zu kriegen. mach auch das was hier steht. |
siehs ein. es gibt keine andere möglichkeit. den virus hat man am dateinamen und dem registrierungseintrag erkannt. |
@ sapan Du hattest nur einen Teil des Ergebnisses des eScan gepostet. Wieviel Viren waren es denn insgesamt: =>Total Number of Files Scanned: =>Total Number of Virus(es) Found: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\winupd\winupd32.ex e: Backdoor.IRCBot und einiges mehr. Der sicherste Weg ein kompromittiertes System virenfrei zu bekommen, ist formatieren, analog Lutz' Datensicherung und Cidre's Rat. |
Ich hatte den about blank schon. geh zuerst auf google oder auf eine andere suchmaschine und gebe cwsshredder ein. den musst du zuerst runterladen und laufen lassen. geh auf www.filepilot.de und such unter sweep. dann lädst du dir den spy sweeper runter. den installiert du dann und lässt ihn laufen und löscht hinterher die ganzen gefundenen trojaner. Als drittes lässt du einen stinger laufen. Und zum schluss lässt du den antivir laufen. Wenn du alle Virenprogramme hast laufen lassen, geh ins internet, auf extras und dann auf internetoptionen. Dort klickst du ins fenster der startseite und suchst dir eine startseite aus, die du gerne haben möchtest. Auf übernehmen und dann auf ok klicken und dieser about blank ist verschwunden. |
@alkilu2001 nutzlos. da war ein Backdoor.IRCBot drauf, das heißt das das system kompromittiert; nicht mehr vertauenswürdig ist. eine bereinigung wäre also eigentlich nutzlos. |
