Weiß du, ich hab kein Problem damit, mal einem Händler gelegentlich auszuhelfen wenn er bei einem Kunden-PC nicht weiterkommt. Ebenso wenig hab ich ein Problem damit, einem Kleinunternehmer ohne eigenen IT-Support unter die Arme zu greifen
Ich finde es aber bedenklich wenn Händler bzw. Leute, die sich hauptberuflich mit Kunden-PCs beschäftigen, ihre Auftragsfälle an ein Forum "abwälzen"

Was ist überhaupt Ziel und Zweck der Aktion?
Datenwiederherstellung?
Bereinigung?
Oder nur Datenwiederherstellung und dann Plattmachen des Systems?

Wenn Bereinigung, dies möchtest du als gewerblich handelnder auch vertreten? Du kannst doch keine zuverlässige Entfernung garantieren oder willst du diese Fälle dann hier auch wieder bereinigen lassen?

Hi cosinus,
wie du sicher weisst gibt es im IT Bereich viele unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte. Meiner liegt nun mal nicht in der Malware Beseitigung. Ich bewundere die, die durch ne Log File sehen können was nicht stimmt. Dafür habe ich bestimmt Schwerpunkte wo du bzw. ihr nicht so Fit seit.
Zu dem Thema abwälzen kann ich nur sagen das ich per PN markusg mal gefragt habe ob er mir zeigen kann wie man selber eine Lösung findet. Was aber wohl nicht so einfach zu erklären ist wenn man in diesem Bereich weniger Ahnung hat.

Das Ziel ist es das System wieder lauffähig zu bekommen ohne eine neuinstallation.
Aber wenn das hier jetzt zu einem Problem führt werde ich halt ne neuinstallation durchführen.

Da mag ja durchaus sein. Aber willst du jetzt von von jedem Kunden-PC, der mit diesem Problem betroffen ist, jetzt Logs erstellen und hier von uns bereinigen lassen?
Der Kunde erwartet von dir die Arbeit und wird auch von dir bezahlt. Sich vom TB helfen lassen kann er selbst.

Da unterliegst du einem Irrtum, würde ich bei jedem PC euch fragen hätte ich mal eben 20-30 Beiträge mehr.
Ich werde von der Fima nicht vom Kunden bezahlt.
Aber ist ja auch nun ok, ich habe deinen Standpunkt verstanden und weiß bescheid.
