Hallo liebes Trojaner-board Team
Mein Problem ist, das beim surfen im Internet plötzlich ein Fenster auftauchte und alles blockierte. Im Fenster stand sowas in der Art wie: ihr Computer wurde von zu vielen Viren angegriffen, der Pc muss gesäubert werden. Das säuber kostet dann aber 50 Euro. Oben hatte das Fenster streifen wie die Deutschlandflagge und unten standen Namen wie avg. Ich hab sofort den Laptop ausgemacht und mit meinem Handy im Internet nach dieser Warnung gesucht, gefunden hab ich das es ein betrug ist und man nicht zahlen soll. Ich habe den Leptop dann nochmal angemacht um zu gucken ob es vielleicht verschwunden ist, aber es war noch da also wieder ausgemacht.
So nun bin ich mir noch nicht sicher wie es weiter geht. Es tut mir leid das ich sozusagen bei Null mit euch anfange aber ich hab nicht viel Ahnung von Viren und ich wil keine fehler machen, sodass nachher alle Dateien gelöscht sind.
Ich hab schon ein paar threads gelesen, aber die fangen nicht bei Null an. Ich hab aber rausgelesen das man erstmal mit F8 in einen sicheren Modus muss um zu arbeiten, richtig?

  • Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
  • OTL kann gegebenfalls einen Neustart verlangen. Bitte dies zulassen.
  • Nach dem Neustart findest Du ein Textdokument auf deinem Desktop.

Starte den Rechner in den Normalmodus


Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

WICHTIG - Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop
  • Deaktiviere bitte all deine Anti Viren sowie Anti Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören.

Starte die Combofix.exe und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.
  • Combofix wird überprüfen, ob die Microsoft Windows Wiederherstellungskonsole installiert ist.
    Ist diese nicht installiert, erlaube Combofix diese herunter zu laden und zu installieren. Folge dazu einfach den Anweisungen und aktzeptiere die End Nutzer Lizenz.
    Bei heutiger Malware ist dies sehr empfehlenswert, da diese uns eine Möglichkeit bietet, dein System zu reparieren, falls was schief geht.
    Bestätige die Information, dass die Wiederherstellungskonsole installiert wurde mit Ja.
Hinweis: Ist diese bereits installiert, wird Combofix mit der Malwareentfernung fortfahren.


Wenn Combofix fertig ist, wird es eine Logfile erstellen. Bitte poste die C:\Combofix.txt in deiner nächsten Antwort.

Entschuldigung das ich dieses nicht in meinem vorherigen Text beigefügt habe, da ich nicht bearbeiten drücken kann.

Das Problem:
kurze Zeit nach dem ich, im Normalmodus mit eingestecktem Internet Stecker, Combofix gedownloadet hatte kam der Virus wieder und hat alles blockiert!

PS: muss ich bei Combofix auch Windows Firewall deaktivieren?

Ohh hat sich ja von selber angefügt, der Satz der über "Das Problem:" steht ist unwichtig

Ich muss mich denk ich auch entschuldigen, da ich selbstständig den Virus jetzt bekämpft habe. Das musste ich tun da ich momentan nicht viel Zeit habe und mir ein Zeit limit zur behebung des Problems gesetzt wurde.
Alles läuft momentan wieder normal.
Ich habe den Virus mit verschiedenen Virenscannern beseitigt, soll ich aber vielleicht trotzdem noch ihr weiter machen oder denkst du es macht keinen Sinn ?

Falls das hir mein letzter Eintrag in diesem Thread ist, will ich mich noch mal ganz herzlich für die Hilfe bedanken.
