Trojaner-Board - Laptop läuft ständig hoch und 3 updates von Win werden nicht Installiert, hab ich sowas wie Virus?

Hallo
zu den alten Punkt 4 musste ich leider wieder 3 auf automatisch
stellen, da wenn ich itunes öffnete mein iphone nicht mit laptop verbinden ging und es kam zzgl noch eine Fehlermeldung von itunes. Diese 3 musste ich von deaktivieren wieder auf automatisch stellen, jetzt geht zwar verbinden wieder und itunes synchroniesiert wieder mit iphone aber es kommt immer noch diese fehlermeldung "sie screenshoot unten". Was soll ich nun machen :-(?

Meinen/diesen Laptop habe ich ca 4 Jahre, mach ihn reglemäßig sauber, saug mind 1 mal im monat ihn aus. der sieht wie neu aus :-) meine bekannten können nicht glauben das er älter ist wie ein halbes jahr :-). An den Laptop arbeite ich immer auf den Tisch, nicht aufm sofo oder sonst was. Der Laptop hat eine unterlage so das der lüfter frei ist, luft sollte er genug bekommen.

hab Speedfan auch gemacht, siehe screenshoot unten.
Obwohl ich sagen muss das es heute recht kühl ist das wetter "bei uns momentan in Dachwohnung 24C, die letzten tage waren es hier schon mal knapp 28-29C in Dachwohnung".
Wieviel grad darf eigentlich ein lapotop maximal haben?

Punkt 1 zwecks Wiederherstellungspunkt/systemwiederherstellung hab ich noch nicht gemacht da ich nicht weis/verstehe für was ich das machen soll?
