Trojaner-Board - PC von Virus angegriffen, Leistung auf ein Zehntel reduziert + keine Anwendung startbar

Hallo Leute
Seit ca 3 Tagen ist die Leistung meines PC's um das 10 fache gesunken.
Weiterhin, kann ich Anwendungen wie Counter Strike, League of legends und Mozilla Firefox nicht öffnen.
Das übelste daran ist, dass ich nichteinmal mien Antivir öffnen konnte.
Nachdem ich mich in diesem Forum über ähnliche Fälle schlau gemacht habe, lud ich mir den Malwarebytes Anti Malware herunter.
Nach einem Quick Scan wurde mir folgendes aufgelistet:

Die Liste scheint wirklich unendlich lang zu sein und ich wage nicht daran zu denken, was alles gerade an meinem PC passiert.
Ich hoffe, dass mir irgendwer in diesem Forum schnell helfen kann, denn ich bin wirklich ratlos, wie dieses Problem zu lösen wäre.
