Wie entferne ich den Win 7 Total Security Virus ?

Hallo zusammen, :confused:

ich brauche unbedingt eure Hilfe. Meine Eltern haben seit vorgestern diesen doofen Win 7 Total Security Virus auf ihrem Samsung Notebook und zu dem hat sich auch noch das Fenster vom "Bundeskriminalamt" geöffnet. Habe auch schon in einigen Foren rumgestöbert um diese Viren zu entfernen, jedoch komm ich auf keinen grünen Zweig. Hab schon alles mit Anti-Malware und otl probiert, aber ich muss dazu sagen ich bin absoluter Leie.
Ich wäre euch sehr dankbar, wenn ihr mir helfen könntet. :daumenhoc

was heißt "alles probiert" was hast du gemacht mit welchem ergebniss, poste also malwarebytes logs, zu finden unter malwarebytes, logdateien + otl log.

erst mal gibts noch immer fehlermeldungen, laut logs sollte es keine mehr geben.

wie bekomme ich diese fehlermeldungen denn weg ?!

ich muss jetzt mal fragen, hast du für den scan evtl. ein neues nutzerkonto angelegt oder etwas anderes geendert, systemwiederherstellung etc.?
in den logs sehe ich bisher noch nichts, was nicht heißt das wir nicht weiter prüfen werden, nachdem die fragen beantwortet sind.

ich hab eine systemwiederherstellung schonmal gemacht, jedoch hat das nichts gebracht.
Jetzt hab ich nochmal combofix durchlaufen lassen, es jedoch zuerst unter herbert.exe gespeichert, habe dann auch nochmal otl durchlaufen lassen und jetzt fährt sich das notebook, seit ner halben stunde nicht mehr runter ?! ein wunder :-D

hmm falls der neustart nicht klappt, drücke den aus schalter, dann geht das gerät irgendwann aus.

hmm das ist echt komisch, keines der programme zeigt bisher ne infektion...
befor wir mehr zeit aufbringen, warum sicherst du nicht die daten die auf dem gerät sind und nutzt die recovery funktion bzw die beiliegende recovery cd. dies geht auf jeden fall schneller und ist sicherer.
danach können wir das gerät richtig absichern gegen zukünftige probleme

ok. Also ich hab jetzt das samsung recover solution 4 angewendet ? wie gehts weiter ?
mit welchem antivirensystem soll ich denn das notebook sichern, hab es bisher immer mit avira antivir gemacht ?

du musst dir erst mal bewusst machen, das ein antiviren programm noch lange nicht bedeutet man ist sicher, das ist nur ein baustein in einem gesammten konzept

hier noch ein paar zusatzeinstellungen, nicht verunsichern lassen, wenn du das programm instaliert hast, werden sie klar.
den direkten datei zugriff bitte auf opera beschrenken,
bei
Internetzugriff:
opera.exe
öffne dann sandboxie, dann oben im menü auf sandbox klickem, wähle deine sandbox aus und klicke dann auf sandboxeinstellung.
dort auf anwendung, webbrowser, andere dort auf direkten zugriff auf opera bookmarks erlauben. dann auf hinzufügen und ok.
somit kannst du deine lesezeichen auch in der sandbox dauerhaft abspeichern.

wenn du mit dem programm gut auskommst, ist ne lizenz zu empfehlen.
1. es gibt dann noch ein paar mehr funktionen.
2. kommt nach nem monat die anzeige, dass das programm freeware ist, die verschwindet erst nach ner zeit, find ich n bissel nerfig.
3. ist die lizenz lebenslang gültig, kostenpunkt rund 30 €, und du kannst sie auf allen pcs in deinem haushalt einsetzen.

eine sandbox ist eine isulierte umgebung aus der kein programm raus kommt.

um die volle wirkung zu erreichen muss alles umgesetzt und eingehalten werden.
alle benötigten verknüpfungen fürs eingeschrenkte konto nach
c:\benutzer\Default\desktop bzw \startmenü
kopieren. so sind sie für alle sichtbar
wenn du fragen hast, probleme, oder erfolgreich warst, melde dich bitte.
wenn du online banking betreibst, lese den passenden abschnitt, die card reader gibts verbilligt bei den banken. ist ein sehr sicheres verfahren.

anmerkung:
file hippo und secunia bieten englische updates an, dies ist kein problem, so lange du bei den programmen nicht auf die oberfläche zugreifen musst, dies trifft bei flash player zu, java quicktime etc.
wenn du aber deinen browser zb updatest, dann mach das nicht über secunia oder file hippo, sondern direkt über die hersteller seite.
du kannst das also wie folgt machen, im browser in den favoritten eine kategorie, software anlegen.
dort speicherst du die seite von opera, adobe reader etc.
immer wenn secunia updates anzeigt für diese programme, gehst du auf die hersteller seite und instalierst die von dort.
