Da wurde nur Junkware gefunden. Die hat aber nichts mit Cam und Mikro zu tun.

Mit anderen Worten bedeutet das, dass sowohl meine Kamera als auch Mikrofon einen Hardwarefehler haben?

Ja, das hab ich doch schon von Anfang an geschrieben dass dem wohl so ist.
Wäre auch möglich, dass dein Windows-Installation beschädigt ist. Also Neuinstallation oder mit einem Linux testen.

Was ich daran aber nicht verstehe ist, dass mir zum Beispiel im Geräte-Manager angezeigt wird, dass die Geräte einwandfrei funktionieren.

Was willst du jetzt mit weiteren Diskussionen bezwecken...? Ich versteh es nicht. Dadurch ändert sich nichts. Ich hab dir im vorherigen Posting geschrieben was du tun sollst.

Ich möchte gar nicht diskutieren, sondern habe gedacht, dass ihr mir auch auf andere Art und Weise weiterhelfen könnt, weil ich einfach Computer-Experten seid und einfach viel mehr wisst als ich. Ich kann zum Beispiel Geräte-Manager auch gar nicht meine Kamera finden, weil ich weder "Kamera" oder "Bildgebungsgeräte" finde. Ist das normal?

Durch herumraten oder spekulieren kommen wir aber nicht weiter. Nun probiere die Geräte endlich mit einem Linux neu aus oder mach eine Neuinstallation von Windows.

Ich verschiebe jetzt nach Hardware.
