Hallo,
habe auf meinem PC Warnmeldungen durch Antivir gehabt, dass diverse Viren und Trojaner gefunden wurden. Es begann mit EXP/Sinowal.A und JAVA/Exdoer.BY.
Diese wurden mit Antivir bearbeitet, tauchten aber immer wieder auf.
Später kam TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2 hinzu.
Der letzte Suchlauf mit Antivir ergab dann 81 Funde. Hauptsächlich TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2 und gelegentlich TR/FakeAV.agz.
Auf Empfehlung der Checkliste auf dem Trojanerboard habe ich dann > Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware und OTL laufen lassen.
Die entsprechenden Protokolle habe ich beigefügt.
Es scheinen alle Funde beseitigt zu sein.
Aber da ich auch Internetbanking betreibe, bin ich unsicher, inwieweit das System jetzt wieder sicher ist.

Wäre schön, wenn mir jemand helfen würde.

War das der erste und einzige Scan mit Malwarebytes? Oder schon öfter gescannt? Wenn ja, zu jedem Scan gibt es auch ein Log, dann bitte alle posten.

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix

Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

habe Combofix ausgeführt. Habe noch festgestellt, dass WindowsUpdate nicht mehr automatisch durchgeführt wird und Antivirupdate auch nicht. Soll ich das wieder einstellen? Soll der Antivirdesktop aktiviert werden?

Anleitung zu mbrcheck:
Downloade Dir MBRCheck (by a_d_13) und speichere die Datei auf dem Desktop.

Doppelklick auf die MBRCheck.exe.
Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
Das Tool braucht nur wenige Sekunden.
Danach solltest du eine MBRCheck_<Datum>_<Uhrzeit>.txt auf dem Desktop finden.

erstmal vielen Dank.
Habe gerade auch noch mal Antivir laufen lassen. Keine Funde. Sonst auch keine Probleme. Die Internetverbindung kommt mir manchmal etwas langsam vor.
Die Trojaner, die Antivir gefunden hatte, sind noch im Quarantäneverzeichnis. Einfach löschen?

Meinst du, dass das System wieder sicher genug ist, um Online-Banking zu betreiben?

Du weißt, was eine Quarantäne ist? Ob da die schädliche Datei drinbleibt oder nicht, das hat keine Auswirkungen. Schädlinge in der Quarantäne können nichts mehr anrichten, sie sind dort isoliert. Du solltest grundsätzlich mit der Quarantäne arbeiten, denn falls der Virenscanner durch einen Fehlalarm was wichtiges löscht, kannst Du notfalls noch über die Quarantäne an die Datei ran.

Der MBR kann, muss aber nicht infiziert sein, mbrcheck kannt ihn nur nicht. Man kann ihn vorsichtshalber fixen. Hast du ein CD/DVD Laufwerk in diesem Rechner?

OnlineBanking ist immer ne heikle Geschichte, viele neigen dazu sowas grundsätzlich nur über eine Live-CD wie Bankix zu machen.
Die Programme können ruhig alle wieder runter.
Der Windows-Defender sollte IMHO deaktiviert werden.

Dass Sicherheitsrisiken beim Online-Banking bestehen ist klar, aber deiner Erfahrung nach, ist mein Rechner für den Moment viren/trojanerfrei?
