Hallo zusammen,
ich habe gestern nach eingabe meiner Anmeldedaten auf Spardanetbanking ein Fenster angezeigt bekommen, was mich zur Eingabe von 100 iTAN Nummern aufgefordert hat. Das dahinterliegende Bankingfenster konte ich nicht erreichen, es war grau hinterlegt. Das kam mir spanisch vor und ich habe bei der Bank angerufen, die hat sofort meinen Zugang gesperrt und gemeint es wäre ein Trojaner, und mein Zugang wird erst wieder freigeschaltet, wenn ich einen Nachweis über die Entfernung der Schadsoftware erbringe. Ich habe im Anschluss die Vollsuche von Antivir und Defender drüber laufen lassen, ohne Fund. Dank Google bin ich auf dieser Seite gelandet und habe über einen ähnlichen Thread den Hinweis auf Anti-Malware bekommen. Dieses habe ich wie beschrieben bedient und kam im ersten durchlauf zu folgendem Ergebnis:

Die Infizierten Objekte habe ich alle von dem Programm entfernen lassen und nocheinmal die Voll-Suche drüberlaufen lassen, ohne Befund.
Kann ich jetzt davon ausgehen, dass alles wieder in Ordnung ist, und ich das Internetbanking wieder gefahrlos nutzen kann?
Was sollte ich sonst noch für Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen?

hi,
ich möchte mir noch 1 log ansehen, dieses system muss aber neu aufgesetzt werden.
da man sonst nie 100 %ig sicher sagen kann das es sauber ist.
wenn du willst, erkläre ich dir dabei, wie man das system richtig absichert, damit solche trojaner kaum noch ne chance haben werden dich zu infizieren.

bitte erstelle und poste ein combofix log.

Hallo,
ich habe nun das ComboFix ausgeführt, hier ist der log davon. Zum Neuaufsetzen des Systems hätte ich noch eine Acronis Wiederherstellungspartition, mit allen Programmen die ich benötige. Diese ist etwa ein halbes Jahr alt und wurde am Tag der Neuinstallation abgelegt.
Kann ich diese als Grundlage hernehmen? Natürlich wäre ich für Tipps und Hinweise für ein sicherereres System Dankbar!

ich würde dir, wenn du willst, erklären, wie du das system mit relativ einfachen mitteln gut schützen kannst, da die angriffe und tricks der kriminellen immer besser werden, müsst auch ihr euch als nutzer besser schützen.
