Trojaner-Board - Windows Explorer funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo,

habe ein Problem. Es fing damit an, dass sich, in meinen Browserfenster, wahllos neue Tabs geöffnet haben, irgendwelche Internetseiten (redirect is eine davon).
Neuerdings stürzt der Windows Explorer immer wieder ab aber nur wenn ich auf meine externe Festplatte zugreifen will (besser gesagt, auf einen bestimmten Ordner der sich auf der Platte befindet)

Hab die Vermutung, dass es sich um nen Virus handelt :(
