Trojaner-Board - Internet langsam.

Guten Tag erstmal.
Ich habe seit einiger Zeit ein Problem.
Mein Internet ist von Zeit zu Zeit sehr langsam und oft lässt sich keine Verbindung herstellen.
Dabei kommt es seit 1 Woche vor, dass oftmals angezeigt wird, dass keine Drahtlosverbindungen verfügbar sind, obwohl ich auf anderen Rechnern weiterhin Zugriff auf diese habe.
Auch habe ich seit kurzem das Problem, dass mein Computer nicht, oder nur langsam, reagiert und häufig "hängen bleibt".
Dieses Problem tritt erst seit kurzem in diesem Ausmaß auf.
Die Downloadgeschwindigkeit liegt zur Zeit nur etwa bei 2-20 KB ist zwischendurch aber immer wieder normal.
Das Problem tritt also nicht immer auf.
Wenn ich eine Seite aufrufen will, lädt diese, wenn das Problem auftritt, nur sehr langsam, woraufhin meine Internetverbindung plötzlich weg ist.
Das Internetzeichen in der Leiste hat dann ein rotes Kreuz und ich habe keinen Zugriff. Nach kurzer Zeit ändert es sich in 2 Monitore, aber ohne die Weltkugel. Auch ein Ausrufezeichen erscheint zwischendurch.
Da ich mich nicht wirklich mit Computern auskenne, wäre ich über jegliche Hilfestellung sehr dankbar.
Ich habe erst einige Zeit im Internet und in diesem Forum nach einer Antwort gesucht, kann mein Problem jedoch nicht näher von anderen differenzieren.
