Trojaner-Board - Habe ein Problem mit ICQ Virus oder sowas

Hallo ich habe von einer person in icq eine Screensaver datei gesendet bekommen aus reflex habe ich sie geöffnet und nun sendet sie ständig sich weiter an alle meine kontackte in icq brauche dringend und schnell rat dazu

Habe mal eine Hijackthis log gemacht aber icq dabei ausgehabt ist das schlimm ?
