Trojaner-Board - csrzx.exe ?

Hi
ich glaube ich habe einen Trojaner.
Bin mir aber nicht sicher.
Kann mir jemand sagen was die csrzx.exe macht?
Bei msconfig steht:

Ich habe es jetzt unter msconfig deaktiviert, weil ich mir nicht sicher bin was das Programm macht.
