Brauche dringend Hilfe bei meinem Laptop

1. Habe keinen Desktop mehr
2. Habe keine Tasklleiste mehr
und 3. eine Systemwiederherstellung läst sich nicht durchführen..

Kann mir jemand dabei Helfen
