Trojaner-Board - Seitenaufbau in Modemgeschwindigkeit, trotz DSL und normalem Downstream

Hallo allerseits,
ich habe mal wieder ein Problem und zwar bauen sich bei mir Internetseiten sowohl in Firefox als auch im IE unglaublich langsam auf, langsam als mit nem 28.8 k modem und das ist noch geschönigt!!! Der DL-Speed hingegen ist normal, das buffering bei youtube z.B. klappt auch wie gehabt! Meines Erachtens tauchte der Fehler auf, nachdem ein windowsupdate aufgespielt wurde, seit dem ist auch die virendatenbank und die konnektivität zum updateserver bei gdata intersecurtiy kaputt..
Ich hoffe ihr habt eine Idee!
Hab den CCleaner + Malwarebytes Anti Malware habe ich durchlaufen lassen und alles bereinigt (tuneup utilities macht aber auch jeden freitag eine bereinigung)..
