Trojaner-Board - bei programmstart stürzt explorer ab

Hallo

ich habe folgendes problem jedes mal wenn ich meine Festplatte oder z.B.den windows media player öffne kommt eine Meldung "explorer funtioniert nicht mehr" dann startet er sich neu und man kann nix dagegen machen:heulen:.
