PC hängt sich auf.
 

Hallo,
Ein Freund von mir hat seit 2 Wochen Viren auf seinem Laptop. Jetzt wollte ich ihm mal helfen. Komme aber nicht richtig weiter. Zuerst war der PC nur sehr langsam. Ich konnte trojan-ACE-X und trojan-download-zlob löschen. Auf dem Desktop befanden sich 3 neue Icons, error-cleaner, privacy protector und spyware and protection.
Ich habe alle möglichen Antivir Programme ausprobiert, unteranderem Kaspersky 7. Die haben keine neuen Viren entdeckt.
Allerdings befindet sich im Ordner /Program Files/_wef_/sf.exe. Diese Datei war im Autostart. Aber irgendwie kann ich den Ordner nicht finden und die Datei deswegen nicht löschen. Außerdem hat kein Antiviren Program diese Datei entdeckt.
Jetzt kann man den laptop nicht mehr im Normalen Modus starten, weil er sich dann komplett aufhängt.

Ich habe mal einen Hijackthis scan gemacht und bei hijackthis.de geprüft. Hat mir aber nicht viel weiter geholfen.

Edit: Habe die URLs geändert, aber jetzt sind die immer noch da. Und http ist doppelt.

Da war auch noch BetterInternet drauf, daß habe ich manuel gelöscht. Jetzt scheint es weg zu sein. Aber windows hängt sich immer noch auf.

Du hast das HJT-Log im abgesicherten Modus erstellt, erstell mal eins im normalen Modus, damit man sieht, ob und wenn ja, welche Schädlingsprozesse aktiv sind. Nimm dazu am besten dieses HJT, ist eine in hjt.com umbenannte hijackthis.exe.

Da scheint noch mehr zu sein im System, das seh ich da schonmal drin:

Werte diese Datei mal bei Virustotal aus und poste die Ergebnisse inkl. Angaben zur Dateigröße sowie Prüfsummen.

Mach danach nochmal ein paar Routinechecks - führ mal bitte folgende Tools bzw. Anleitungen aus und poste die Logfiles:

- eScan
- Silentrunners
- combofix
