Trojaner-Board - Problem

Guten Tag!
Obwohl mein Rechner erst ein paar Stunden wieder am Netz ist haben sich ein paar dreckige Würmer/Viren eingenistet.
Der EXPLORER läuft total langsam, und stürtzt auch öfters ab...
