Zuallererst ist dein OS total veraltet, deswegen bitte wie folgt vorgehen:

1.Service Pack 4 downloaden und installieren
2.Windowsupdateseite besuchen und alle noch vorhandenen wichtigen Updatzes downloaden.
3.Abarbeiten was auf dieser Seite beschrieben ist.
4. Neuen Hijackthis-Log erstellen und in diesem Thread posten
