HEUR:EXPLOIT.Java.CVE-2013-1493a - 3 Mal Maleware von Kaspersky gefunden
 

Liebes Team,

Kaspersky Internet Security zeit mir an, dass o.a. Trojaner 3 x auf meinem PC gefunden wurde aber nicht entfernt werden kann. Empfohlen wird das Problem zu überspringen.
Ich habe aber gelesen, dass es sich um einen gefährlichen Trojaner handeln soll und es notwendig wäre, diesen so schnell wie möglich zu entfernen. Hier wende ich mich nun an Euch.

Ich möchte ehrlich erwähnen, dass ich wohl ein User ohne tieferes Backgrundwissen bin.

Die 4 Schritte die ihr vorher erbittet zu tun habe ich gemacht, leider habe ich die Anwendung GMER zwar mehrmals versucht so auszuführen wie beschrieben doch es war nicht möglich weiter zu kommen als das sich ein Fenster öffnet das scant und dannach - ich wollte nichts falsche machen - die Exit Taste zu drücken und das Fenster schloss sich. Wo und ob überhaupt eine Datei abgespeichert wurde, die wir ihr empfehlt danach geöffnet werden soll habe ich leider bis dato wohl nicht wirklich verstanden. Sry. Ich würde das gern nachholen, sobald es klar ist was ich hier wirklich machen muss und wo ich die Datei deren Namen sich ja anscheinend ändert finde. Ich habe zwar auf einen möglichen Namen geachtet doch außer der Versions Nr. von GMER fiel mir auch bei dem sich öffneten Fenster das den Scan anzeigt nichts auf.. Steh daneben..

Hoffe das was ich gemacht habe war richtig so.
Wie gesagt ist das einzige Schutzprogramm das momentan bei mir rennt Kasperksy.
Ein genauerer Bericht über den Fund der Maleware liegt nachdem ich darauf klicke nicht vor.
Ich werde dann eigentlich nur zu einer ganz allgemeinen Beschreibung des Trojaners durch Kasperksy umgeleitet.

Combofix sollte ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Teammitglied angewiesen wurde!

Downloade dir bitte Combofix vom folgenden Downloadspiegel: Link

• WICHTIG: Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop.
• Deaktiviere bitte alle deine Antivirensoftware sowie Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören. Combofix meckert auch manchmal trotzdem noch, das kannst du dann ignorieren, mir aber bitte mitteilen.

Downloade Dir bitte AdwCleaner auf deinen Desktop.

• Schließe alle offenen Programme und Browser. Bebilderte Anleitung zu AdwCleaner.
• Starte die AdwCleaner.exe mit einem Doppelklick.
• Stimme den Nutzungsbedingungen zu.
• Klicke auf Optionen und vergewissere dich, dass die folgenden Punkte ausgewählt sind:
  • "Tracing" Schlüssel löschen
  • Winsock Einstellungen zurücksetzen
  • Proxy Einstellungen zurücksetzen
  • Internet Explorer Richtlinien zurücksetzen
  • Chrome Richtlinien zurücksetzen
  • Stelle sicher, dass alle 5 Optionen wie hier dargestellt, ausgewählt sind
• Klicke auf Suchlauf und warte bis dieser abgeschlossen ist.
• Klicke nun auf Löschen und bestätige auftretende Hinweise mit Ok.
• Dein Rechner wird automatisch neu gestartet. Nach dem Neustart öffnet sich eine Textdatei. Poste mir deren Inhalt mit deiner nächsten Antwort.
• Die Logdatei findest du auch unter C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Cx].txt. (x = fortlaufende Nummer).

• Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
• Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
• Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
• Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
• Klicke auf Starten.
• Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
• Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
• Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
• Explorer öffnen.
• C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
• Logfile hier posten.

hy wieder & thx nochmal :)

nachdem ich jetzt diese schritte durchlaufen habe, habe ich den pc gleich mal einem neustart unterzogen. die meldung bei kasperky bzlg. 3 maleware gefunden besteht wie gehabt. soll ich hier mal eine untersuchung des ganzen system durch kaspersky starten, sodass diese meldung aktualisiert wird?

Java und Adobe updaten.

Downloade Dir bitte TFC ( von Oldtimer ) und speichere die Datei auf dem Desktop.
Schließe nun alle offenen Programme und trenne Dich von dem Internet.
Doppelklick auf die TFC.exe und drücke auf Start.
Sollte TFC nicht alle Dateien löschen können wird es einen Neustart verlangen. Dies bitte zulassen.


Mach mal den Vollscan und poste das Ergebnis als Logfile, ich brauch die Pfadangaben :)

Dennoch Problem leider..

Das Java-Update kann nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden:

folgende Meldung am Bildschirm:

Nachdem ich diese Meldung schliesse öffnet sich noch eine kleine Meldung in der Mitte des Bildschirms mit folgendem Text:

Ich habe den Kaspersky Schutz (Firewall) vor dem Download deaktiviert. :wtf:
Dass, der Download nicht beendet werden konnte, passierte mir schon mal wenn ich nun die Meldung wieder sehe.. (weshalb die Updates wohl nicht aktuell sind). Während des Downloads habe ich sonst nichts gemacht und auch keine Taste betätigt...

Von Adobe hab ich jetzt auch nochmals einen aktuellen Download durchgeführt. Hier gabs keine Probleme.

Ich starte jetzt inzwischen jetzt mal einen Vollscan von Kaspersky.

bliebe nur mehr das java-download problem:

nach den installationsanweisungen auf java, habe ich hier inwzischen unter systemsteuerung / programme noch ältere versionen deinstalliert (version6)
version 7(5) lässt sich hier jedoch nicht deinstallieren
der ordner unter c:/programme/java wurde allerdings erfolgreich gelöscht..

danach habe ich nochmals einen download der aktuellsten version versucht aber leider wieder vergebens (fehlermeldung wie zuvor beschrieben).., :confused:

hab ich nun gemacht; Java vorher gelöscht und java 7 (25) neu geladen und versucht über Revo zu installieren. Leider noch immer automatischer Abbruch und diesselbe Fehlermeldung.

Alte Java Versionen habe ich vorher alle mit Revo gelöscht, trotzdem wird mir unter Systemsteuerung/Programme noch immer Java (TM) 7 Update 5 zumindest angezeigt.
Der Button Deinstallieren/Ändern erscheint nicht mehr wenn ich drauf klicke was ja vorher noch der Fall war (es wird einfach noch angezeigt). was da wohl noch ist..?? :confused:

Du hast mit Revo nach Resten gesucht, im Expertenmodus und alles löschen lassen?

hab mit "revo - erzwungene deinstallation" sicherheitshalber dann nach der normalen deinstallation mittels revo von java 7 update 5 dort noch mit dem wort java und nochmal mit jva gesucht und immer die meldung erhalten, dass keine überbleibsel mehr vorhanden wären

expertenmodus?? muss ich vorher noch etwas bestimmtes auswählen bevor ich auf deinstallation, erzwungen deinstallation gehe?
