Wie beschrieben updaten und anwenden, gefundene Schädlinge (in mwav.log nach "infected" suchen) hier posten. Und bitte auch noch die Kopfzeile des HJT-Logs hinzufügen.

Systemwiederherstellung deaktivieren -> Neustart -> Systemwiederherstellung wieder aktivieren.

Was macht dein System langsam bzw. wie stellt sich das dar?
Kannst du im TaskManager eine hohe Prozessorauslastung ausfindig machen?
