computer wurde durch das system der automatischen informationskontrolle gesperrt

Hallo, ich habe folgende meldung an meinem Rechner bekommen:
"ihr computer wurde durch das system der automatischen informationskontrolle gesperrt"
Nach onlineinformationen habe ich mir "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" heruntergeladen und Scan des Systems durchgeführt und ein LOG-file gespeichert. siehe Anhang
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
