Windows-Sicherheitscenter kann nicht aktiviert werden und Windows-Firewall Fehlercode 0x80070424
 

Hallo,

ich habe zwei Probleme. Da ich davon ausgehe, dass diese miteinander zutun haben, poste ich sie hier in einem Thread. Falls dem nicht so ist, möge man mich bitte eines besseren belehren.

1. Das windos wartungscenter meldet mir, dass der Windows-Sicherheitsdienst deaktiviert ist. Klicke ich auf den Button "Jetzt aktivieren", bekomme ich die Meldung "Der Windows- Sicherheitsdient kann nicht aktiviert werden."

2. Die windows-Firewall meldet " Die zum Schutz des Computers empfohlenen Einstellungen werden nicht von der Windows-Firewall verwendet" Klicke ich auf den Button "Empfohlene Einstellungen" bekomme ich die Meldung "Einige der Einstellungen können von der windows-Firewall nicht geändert werden. Fehlercode 0x80070424"

Klingt für mich paranoiden Laien jetzt so, als würde weder Firewall noch Virenschutz funktionieren und ich ohne jeglichen Schutz durch Netz surfen.

Fragen:
1. Ist das so?

2. Was kann ich dagegen tun?

Zusatzinfo: Ich hatte vor ein paar Wochen einen dieser Ukash-Trojaner, habe den wegbekommen (Ok, ich gebe zu, wahrscheinlich nur die Symptome) mit einer Systemwiederherstellung.

Malwarebytes erstellt bei jedem Scanvorgang genau ein Log. Hast du in der Vergangenheit schonmal mit Malwarebytes gescannt?
Wenn ja dann stehen auch alle Logs zu jedem Scanvorgang im Reiter Logdateien. Bitte alle posten, die dort sichtbar sind.

ok, anscheinend scannt der täglich ...?! jedenfalls sind da logdateien von jedem tag, seit ich den hab. ich poste dann mal alle in chronologischer reihenfolge:

Bitte erstmal routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Die Funde mit Malwarebytes bitte alle entfernen, sodass sie in der Quarantäne von Malwarebytes aufgehoben werden! NICHTS voreilig aus der Quarantäne entfernen!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!



ESET Online Scanner

• Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
• Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
• Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
• Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
• Klicke auf Starten.
• Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
• Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
• Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
• Explorer öffnen.
• C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
• Logfile hier posten.
• Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
• Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

• Die Logdatei findest du auch unter C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt.

Hätte da mal zwei Fragen bevor es weiter geht

1.) Geht der normale Modus von Windows (wieder) uneingeschränkt?
2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden?

1. Ja, windows läuft - soweit ich das beurteilen kann - uneingeschränkt. (meine desktopsymbole sind immer groß. wenn ich sie klein mache, sind sie das nächste mal wenn ich den computer hochfahre wieder groß ...nervig, aber nicht so tragisch)

2. bin mir nicht ganz sicher wie ich das beurteilen soll. was meinst du mit leere ordner? tatsächlich jeden ordner öffnen und schauen ob er inhaltslos ist? ich benutze das startmenü selten, um nicht zu sagen nie, habe daher keinen überblick welche ordner da mal drin waren oder sind ...

Mit den leeren Ordner ist gemeint, ob die Verknüpfungen der installierten Programme noch da sind. Sind alle Ordner leer, müssten wir nämlich mit unhide rübergehen, deswegen die Frage danach

Hm, ich bin mir immer noch nicht ganz sicher, ob ich dich richtig verstanden habe. also ich habe das startmenü geöffnet und auf "alle programme" geklickt. wie gesagt, ich habe keine Ahnung was da vorher für Programme und Ordner drin waren, weil ich das Sartmenü nie benutze, aber da sind auf jeden Fall jede Menge Ordner und Programme drin. Die Programme lassen sich öffnen und in den Ordnern sind Unterordner und andere Sachen.

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop. Falls schon vorhanden, bitte die ältere vorhandene Datei durch die neu heruntergeladene Datei ersetzen, damit du auch wirklich mit einer aktuellen Version von OTL arbeitest.

Jetzt hast du zwar den Haken bei alle Benutzer gesetzt aber diesmal war es kein CustomScan!

Bitte die Anleitungen sorgfältiger lesen und umsetzen!

Ok, war in letzter Zeit ziemlich beschäftigt, aber jetzt versuche ich es nochmal:

habe es wirklich genau so wie beschrieben gemacht.
hoffe es ist diesmal richtig.

Mach einen OTL-Fix, beende alle evtl. geöffneten Programme, auch Virenscanner deaktivieren (!), starte OTL und kopiere folgenden Text in die "Custom Scan/Fixes" Box (unten in OTL): (das ":OTL" muss mitkopiert werden!!!)

Klick dann oben links auf den Button Fix!
Das Logfile müsste geöffnet werden, wenn Du nach dem Fixen auf ok klickst, poste das bitte. Evtl. wird der Rechner neu gestartet.

Die mit diesem Script gefixten Einträge, Dateien und Ordner werden zur Sicherheit nicht vollständig gelöscht, es wird eine Sicherheitskopie auf der Systempartition im Ordner "_OTL" erstellt.

Hinweis: Das obige Script ist nur für diesen einen User in dieser Situtation erstellt worden. Es ist auf keinen anderen Rechner portierbar und darf nicht anderweitig verwandt werden, da es das System nachhaltig schädigen kann!

Bitte nun (im normalen Windows-Modus) dieses Tool von Kaspersky (TDSS-Killer) ausführen und das Log posten Anleitung und Downloadlink hier => http://www.trojaner-board.de/82358-t...entfernen.html

Hinweis: Bitte den Virenscanner abstellen bevor du den TDSS-Killer ausführst, denn v.a. Avira meldet im TDSS-Tool oft einen Fehalalrm!

Das Tool so einstellen wie unten im Bild angegeben - klick auf change parameters und setze die Haken wie im folgenden Screenshot abgebildet,
Dann auf Start Scan klicken und wenn es durch ist auf den Button Report klicken um das Log anzuzeigen. Dieses bitte komplett posten.

Wenn du das Log nicht findest oder den Inhalt kopieren und in dein Posting übertragen kannst, dann schau bitte direkt auf deiner Windows-Systempartition ( meistens Laufwerk C: ) nach, da speichert der TDSS-Killer seine Logs.

Hinweis: Bitte nichts voreilig mit dem TDSS-Killer löschen! Falls Objekte vom TDSS-Killer bemängelt werden, alle mit der Aktion "skip" behandeln und hier nur das Log posten!
