Hallo,...

auch ich bin ein total unerfahrener User und habe diesen Mist auf den Rechner. Gleich zwei davon. Zumindest meldet Antivir das. Habe sie schon umbenannt unnd gelöscht, am nächsten Tag sind sie wieder da. Ich hab jetzt auch den Hijackthis Scan gemacht. Den Rest müsst ihr, natürlich nur wenn ihr wollt, mir erklären. Und bitte für Idioten. Ich weiß weder was Posten noch fixen ist. Aber ich bin zuversichtlich. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

lade dir escan download hier
lese der anleitung hier
mache es genauso wie beschrieben wird
überprüfe Deinen Rechner zunächst mit dem eScan: lade den eScan runter, erstelle dafür einen Ordner (=Verzeichnis) c:\bases, update den eScan online und führe ihn offline im abgesicherten Modus aus. Beachte, dass der eScan ab Version 4.5.1 gefundene Malware nicht löscht. Das wird von Hand auf Anweisung durch uns gemacht.

Teile uns dann das Ergebnis des eScan mit: welche Viren wurden auf Deinem Rechner gefunden: "öffne die mwav.log -> Bearbeiten -> Suchen -> infected eingeben -> Weitersuchen -> Treffer markieren/kopieren und ins Forum übertragen." (Zitat Cidre)

hat ganz schön lang gedauert, der E-Mail scan. Ich hoffe ich hab alles richtig gemacht. Leider konnte ich nicht scan and clean anklicken sondern nur scan. UNd ich soll sage und schreibe 51 Viren haben. Das schockiert mich. Aber hier nun die Ergebnisse des Scans. Vielen Dank schon einmal bis hier hin.

ich bin es noch mal. Ich sollte ja eigentlich die Mwav.log öffnen. Aber ich finde sie nicht. Ich habe deswegen die Ergebnisse in dem Fenster kopiert. ist bestimmt alles falsch, was ich hier mache. Aber irgendwer wird mir schon helfen. WO soll die denn sein. Die Mwav.log.

Wenn du die Anleitung entsprechend abgearbeitet hast, dann befindet sie sich im Ordner C:\bases. Hast du eScan auch upgedated?

Systemwiederherstellung deaktivieren -> Deinstalliere unter Software MyWay

Wechsle in den abgesicherten Modus http://www.bsi.bund.de/av/texte/wiederher_xp.htm und fixe diese Einträge (Haken setzen und auf Fix Checked klicken):
