Trojaner-Board - Problem mit WIN-ETO.COM als Startseite im IE !!! (Hijacker?)

Ich habe heute festgestellt, dass ich mir wohl einen Hijacker eingefangen habe. Die Startseite des IE lässt sich nichtmehr verändern. Sie ist auf WIN-ETO.COM geleitet.
Ist mein "erstes Mal". Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen.
