failed to save all components for the file \\system32\\00001891........
 
hallo an alle,
ich hatte eine frage dazu, wie ich folgendes problem beheben kann: war ganz gewöhnlich am surfen, bis sich plötzlich alle fenster schlossen und anschließend (mehrmals hitereinander) folgende meldung kam....
"failed to save all components for the file \\system32\\00001891. the file is corrupted or unreadable. this error may be caused by a pc hardware problem"

als ich den rechner neu gestartet hab, waren alle programme und dateien verschwunden+schwarzer hintergrund!!!task manager kann nicht geöffnet werden und wenn ich auf "start" klicke, ist dort nichts vorhanden.....(betriebssystem: windows XP, sp3).....

hab zwar das thema auf... "http://www.trojaner-board.de/105054-...m32-00-a.html" gefunden, wollte jedoch nichts falsches tun.....

ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen, das problem zu beseitigen!!!

  • Öffne dein Systemlaufwerk ( meistens C: )
  • Suche nun
    folgenden Ordner: _OTL und öffne diesen.
  • Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner Movedfiles --> Senden an --> Zip-Komprimierter Ordner

  • Dies wird eine Movedfiles.zip Datei in _OTL erstellen
  • Lade diese bitte in unseren Uploadchannel
    hoch. ( Durchsuchen --> C:\_OTL\Movedfiles.zip )

hab den ordner hochgeladen, allerdings nicht als zip datei, sondern als rar.!!!ich hoffe, das macht keinen unterschied?!?!
die icons sind wieder sichtbar, jedoch ist unter "start" weiterhin nichts vorhanden!!!
auf dem desktop ist nach dem neustart die folgende text datei erschienen: "unhide.txt" mit dem inhalt:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich

nein, nichts dergleichen.....ich hab nur studienmaterial auf dem rechner abgespeichert, weiter nichts!!!

also, dein pc ist trotzdem ziemlich versaut.
mehrere spyeye variannten, trojan.banker etc.
vertrauenswürdig ist das system nicht mehr. deswegen würd ichs neu aufsetzen.
1. Datenrettung:2. Formatieren, Windows neuinstallieren:3. PC absichern: http://www.trojaner-board.de/96344-a...-rechners.html
4. alle Passwörter ändern!
5. nach PC Absicherung, die gesicherten Daten prüfen und falls sauber: zurückspielen.
6. werde ich dann noch was zum absichern von Onlinebanking mit Chip Card Reader + Star Money sagen.
