Isecurity.exe hat auch mich getroffen...
 
Hi,
auf dem account meiner frau hat sich ein "security programm" (Isecurity.exe) von selbst installiert, welches mir sagt ich soll dieses Programm "Internet Security" aktivieren, da mein Computer extrem gefährdet ist blablabla usw...

Wie werde ich den Virus los?

starte mal neu drücke f8, wähle abgesicherter modus mit netzwerk melde dich im konto deiner frau an, falls du dort arbeiten kannst:
Falls noch nicht vorhanden, lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop

Nach Durchlaufens des Combofix Autoscans wurde die isecurity.exe automatisch gelöscht und der Rechner neu gebooted.
Nachdem er sich am Anmeldefenster (Auswahl Accounts) nicht weiter bewegte, habe ich den zuvor gewählten account angeklickt.
Jetzt hängt combofix...
Das Fenster läuft von links oben nach rechts unten ohne Möglichkeit eines Eingriffs.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit hier noch was zu retten?

gehe mal in den abgesicherten modus, versuche dich dort als betroffener nutzer bzw im admin account anzumelden, prüfe ob das combofix problem sich so löst

Downloade Dir bitte Malwarebytes
  • Installiere
    das Programm in den vorgegebenen Pfad.
    Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  • Starte Malwarebytes, klicke auf Aktualisierung --> Suche
    nach Aktualisierung
  • Wenn das Update beendet wurde, aktiviere vollständiger Scan durchführen und drücke auf Scannen.
  • Wenn der Scan beendet
    ist, klicke auf Ergebnisse anzeigen.
  • Versichere Dich, dass alle Funde markiert sind und drücke Entferne Auswahl.
  • Poste
    das Logfile, welches sich in Notepad öffnet, hier in den Thread.
  • Nachträglich kannst du den Bericht unter "Log Dateien" finden.

bitte auch mal den adobe reader wie folgt konfigurieren:
adobe reader öffnen, bearbeiten, voreinstellungen.
allgemein:
nur zertifizierte zusatz module verwenden, anhaken.
internet:
hier sollte alles deaktiviert werden, es ist sehr unsicher pdfs automatisch zu öffnen, zu downloaden etc.
es ist immer besser diese direkt abzuspeichern da man nur so die kontrolle hat was auf dem pc vor geht.
bei javascript den haken bei java script verwenden raus nehmen
bei updater, automatisch instalieren wählen.

deinstaliere:
Java: beide
Download der kostenlosen Java-Software
downloade java jre, instalieren.

deinstaliere:

öffne otl, bereinigen neustart.
öffne ccleaner analysieren bereinigen neustart, testen ob alles wie gewohnt läuft
