Trojaner-Board - ESET scan hat 13 gefahren entdeckt

Ich habe hier gestern einen thread aufgemacht wegen einem problem (auf dem computer meiner freundin) und da war die anweisung einen ESET scan zu machen. Um meiner freundin zu zeigen wie sie dies machen soll habe ich den scan bei mir auch gemacht. Jetzt hat der scan 13 sachen gefunden. Was sollte ich jetzt am besten machen?
