Trojaner-Board - iexplore.exe virus: hoher ram verbrauch/ instabiles internet

hallo liebe forumfreunde,
ich habe seit ca 2 monaten einen virus, den ich nicht mehr loswerde...

anzeichen:
-internetverbindung bricht ca 2x die stunde ab
-manchmal habe ich eine seltsame (164.....) ip
-mehrere unschließbare iexplore.exe anwendungen, verbauchen mehrere 100mb ram
-pc ist langsamer
-bei jedem pc start neue ip adresse (ist das normal?)

ich hoffe jemand kann und möchte mir helfen, das wäre wirklich extrem nett!
