Windows Security Center - Ukash Schönen guten Tag zusammen, bei der Arbeit an meinem Arbeits-Rechner wurde heute gegen kurz vor 12 der Screen eingefroren mit dem Warnhinweis, dass ich illegal installierte Microsoftprodukte verwenden würde. Einen ähnlichen Dialog habe ich vor einiger Zeit schon mal als Bundeskriminalamt-Trojaner gesehen. Wenn ich das Forum so querlese, wisst Ihr sicherlich, um welchen Trojaner es sich handelt, wenn ich die aktuell neuen Posts hier beachte. Bitte nun routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit malwarebytes machen und Log posten. Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss! Außerdem müssen alle Funde entfernt werden. Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten! ESET Online Scanner

Hallo Arne, vielen Dank für Deine Hilfe. Ich habe zunächst nicht verstanden, daß die ersten beiden Links nur Werbung Eurer Partner ist, daher habe ich noch 2 Programme zusätzlich installiert und wieder deinstalliert. Das sollte aber für den Scan keine große Auswirkungen haben, denke ich. Ältere Scans von Malwarenbytes habe ich keine, daher kann ich nur das Folgende posten. Meinen Computernamen habe ich dabei durch "****" ersetzt. ESET werde ich über Nacht laufen lassen und dann morgen posten. Danke noch mal vielmals. Code: |
Guten Morgen Arne, Der Scanner lief insgesamt ein bißchen länger als 5 Stunden, wobei er von 49% auf fertig sprang, was mich ein bißchen wunderte. Dafür hat er (zumindest in den anderthalb Stunden, in denen ich am Rechner saß) die externe Platte nicht bemüht. Ich werde gleich noch mal Eset selektiv darauf anwenden und ggf. noch eine Ergänzung posten. Das unten aufgeführte Log bekam ich als Resultat des Scanvorgangs. Hallo Arne, vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Hier ist das Log-File des gerade durchgeführten Scans. Beim aussternen des Benutzernamens ist mir mehrmals der Facebook-Update-Dienst über den Weg gelaufen. Ich war mir nicht der Tatsache bewußt, sowas in der Art gedownloaded zu haben. Heißt nicht zwingend, daß das die Baustelle ist. Ich werde nach Deiner Hilfe trotzdem diesen Dienst abschalten. Hallo Arne, ehrlich gesagt bin ich gerade ein bißchen überfragt, wie ich das bewerkstelligen sollte. Es gibt genau einen angelegten User in meinem Win7. Das bin ich. Wenn ich auf Abmelden und User wechseln gehe, sehe ich nur meinen eigenen. Ich habe gerade den Scan noch mal laufen lassen, weil ich vermutete, daß ich nach zu wenig Nacht einfach vergessen habe, OTL als Admin zu starten, aber im Logfile steht dieselbe Passage. Ich befürchte fast, daß ich dann nicht weiß, wie ich mich zum Admin mache oder diese Hürde umgehe. Lieben Gruß Lutz |

Hallo Arne, es tut mir Leid, dass ich Dich wahrscheinlich den letzten Nerv koste. Ich habe Folgendes gemacht: Ich bin NICHT als Administrator in Windows eingelogged, weil ich einen solchen User nicht finden kann. Ich habe die Datei OTL.exe auf den Desktop kopiert. Rechtsklick auf die .exe => Als Administrator gestartet. Scanne alle User (Flag gesetzt) Inklusive 64-Bit Scan (Flag gesetzt) Prozesse/Module/Dienste/Treiber/Standard-Registrierung => Benutze SafeList Extra-Registrierung => Aus LOP-Prüfung (Flag gesetzt) Purity Prüfung (Flag gesetzt) Dateien erstellt innerhalb/Datei verändert innerhalb => Datei-Alter Datei-Alter => 30 Tage Minimal-Ausgabe Dann habe ich Deine Anweisungen unten in das Freitextfeld kopiert und habe den Quick-Scan angeklickt. Die beiden Flags für "Benutze Hersteller-Whitelist" und "Überspringe Microsoft-Dateien" wurden dann automatisch gesetzt. Nach ca. 25 Minuten Scan bekam ich erneut den Hinweis, daß ich nicht als Administrator eingelogged sei. Mache ich beim Aufruf des Programms etwas falsch oder sollte ich einen Adminzugang bei unserer Hotline erfragen? Ich bin gerade ein bißchen ratlos, was genau ich falsch mache. Hallo Arne, nach einem ... gewohnt umgehend hilfreichen ... Telefonat mit unseren indischen Kollegen habe ich mich nun als Admin anmelden können und habe die erforderlichen Logs sicherstellen können. Hallo Arne, bitte entschuldige meine mittlerweile sehr ironische Art mit unserer eigenen Hotline umzugehen. Ich gebe Dir ein Beispiel: mein heute Mittag erfolgter Versuch, nach einem Administrator-Kennwort für meinen Rechner zu fragen endete darin, dass man mir den Ratschlag gab, mich einfach kurz selber als Administrator anzumelden und meinem User dann Administratorrechte zu verpassen. Auf die Frage hin, wie ich mich denn bitteschön als Administrator anmelden sollte, gab man mir dieselbe Antwort erneut, beendete das Gespräch und schickte mir einen Online-Bewertungsbogen zur Ticketbewältigung. Long story short: man wird mir nicht helfen können und wenn ich die tolle Möglichkeit sehe, in einem Forum wie Eurem Hilfe zu finden, mit der man etwas anfangen kann und die einen wirklich weiter bringt, dann mache ich das doch, bevor ich mich komplett kirre mache und in 3 Wochen ohne Hilfe den Rechner aus dem Fenster werfe. Ich bitte um Entschuldigung. Ich habe die Passage nicht gesehen, wonach Firmenrechner (egal ob nun in Firmenumgebung oder aus dem Homeoffice heraus betrieben) nicht von Euch bereinigt werden sollten. Natürlich akzeptiere ich diesen Wunsch und hoffe, dass die bisherigen Schritte zumindest zu einem semi-stabilen Zustand verholfen haben. Vielen lieben Dank, Arne! :) Ganz ehrlich!
