Hallo liebe Trojaner-Boarder-Community.

Vorab: ich habe mich viel im Internet schlau gemacht, auch hier im Forum schon etliche Themen gelesen, aber da es bei meinem Freund eine andere Situation ist, so bin ich leider gezwungen, hier ein eigenes Thema zu öffnen, da man weiters auch ein eigenes (möglicherweise) OTL-Fix-Script benötigt.

Also zu meinem Problem: Der Laptop meines Freindes ist infiziert mit dem GEMA uKash Virus. Eines Tages hat sie ihn beim Starten entdeckt und seitdem rebootet er ab dem Windows-Symbol jedes mal erneuert.
Weiters wenn ich versuche in den Abgesicherten Modus zu kommen (vorher F8 drücken) passiert überall das selbe! Ich kann ihn also unter keiner Weise starten, komm zu keinem Desktop sondern immer wieder zum Reboot.

hab ich einen Brenner vorhanden.

Ich hätte es auch schon in erwägung gezogen, evnt. mit einer Linux-LiveCD mal die Festplatte zu durchstöbern, aber da frage ich vorher hier mal um rat.

und brenne es mit ISOBurner auf eine CD.

• Wenn der Download fertig ist mache ein doppel Klick auf die Datei, was ISOBurner öffnet um es auf die CD zu brennen.
Starte dein System neu und boote von der CD die du gerade erstellt hast.
Wenn du nicht weist wie du deinen Computer dazu bringst von der CD zu booten,

Ich hab jetzt beider heruntergeladen und den Active ISOBurner installiert.
Soll ich jetzt diese OTLPENet.exe auf die CD brennen oder muss ich das vorher i-wie in iso konvertieren?

doppelklicken und dann startet isoburner, dann einfach brennen und nach anleitung weiter arbeiten.

so, habe nun alles nach anleitung gemacht.
Bei select user profile hab ich den Haken bei load all users... rausgenommen, markiert war der Eintrag LocalService, ich hab da einfach OK gedrückt.

nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.
falls dies geklappt hatt:
öffne computer, öffne D: dann _OTL
dort rechtsklick auf moved files
wähle zu moved files.rar oder zip hinzufügen.
folge dem link, und lade das archiv im upload channel hoch

Vorhin hat er nach dem fixxen zwar gefragt ob ich neustarten will, doch als ich auf yes drückte, passierte nichts, ich konnte nichtmal normal shutdown klicken.
musste ihn leider per 4sek drücken des power Schalters herunterfahren..

naja wie es halt im einleitungspost für die otl cd beschrieben war.
auf deinem zweiten pc gehe auf start, programme zubehör editor, kopiere dort
rein:

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.

gefixt hat er wieder, nur leider wieder nicht neugestartet, man kann ihn einfach nciht normal herunterfahren, so musste ich halt wieder ihn abstürzen lassen.
Windows startet jedoch wieder nicht normal. Bei dem Windows wird gestartet..lädt er und dann fängt er von vorne an, wie immer..

Aber durch das OTL kann ich ja auf die Daten vom PC zugreifen.
Ich hab mit ihm gesprochen und es wäre auch kein Problem, seine Daten zu sichern, und mit einer Windows CD ihn komplett neu aufzusetzen.
Das ist ihm sogar lieber, da er sich dann ganz sicher sein kann, dass alles weg ist.
Würde ich das machen, hätte ich eine Frage: eine Festplatte erkennt es nicht, leider nur einen USB Stick, muss ich da jetzt alles in 7GB Schritten kopieren?^^

Falls du sonst noch eine Möglichkeit hast, ich kann ja neben dem Sichern probieren.

Daten sichern ist nicht schwer und ich habe in meinem Leben schon ca. 60x PCs neu aufgesetzt :D

kein problem.
pc absichern geht wie folgt, da muss man dann auch nicht mehr neu aufsetzen, sondern hat nen vernünftiges backup
als antimalware programm würde ich emsisoft empfehlen.
diese haben für mich den besten schutz kostet aber etwas.

Starte bitte mit der Passage, Windows Vista und Windows 7
Bitte beginne damit, Windows Updates zu instalieren.
Am besten geht dies, wenn du über Start, Suchen gehst, und dort Windows Updates eingibst.
Prüfe unter "Einstellungen ändern" dass folgendes ausgewählt ist:
- Updates automatisch Instalieren,
- Täglich
- Uhrzeit wählen
- Bitte den gesammten rest anhaken, außer:
- detailierte benachichtungen anzeigen, wenn neue Microsoft software verfügbar ist.
Klicke jetzt die Schaltfläche "OK"
Klicke jetzt "nach Updates suchen".
Bitte instaliere zunächst wichtige Updates.
Es wird nötig sein, den PC zwischendurch neu zu starten. falls dies der Fall ist, musst du erneut über Start, Suchen, Windows Update aufrufen, auf Updates suchen klicken und die nächsten instalieren.
Mache das selbe bitte mit den optionalen Updates.
Bitte übernimm den rest so, wie es im Abschnitt windows 7 / Vista zu lesen ist.
aus dem Abschnitt xp, bitte den punkt "datenausführungsverhinderung, dep" übernehmen.
als browser rate ich dir zu chrome:

falls du nen andern nutzen willst, sags mir dann muss ich teile der nun folgenden anleitung


Sandboxie
Die devinition einer Sandbox ist hier nachzulesen:

Kurz gesagt, man kann Programme fast 100 %ig isuliert vom System ausführen.

Der Vorteil liegt klar auf der Hand, wenn über den Browser Schadcode eingeschläust wird, kann dieser nicht nach außen dringen.

bitte folgende zusatz konfiguration machen:
sandboxie control öffnen, menü sandbox anklicken, defauldbox wählen.
dort klicke auf sandbox einstellungen.
beschrenkungen, bei programm start und internet zugriff schreibe:
chrome.exe
dann gehe auf anwendungen, webbrowser, chrome.
dort aktiviere alles außer gesammten profil ordner freigeben.
Wie du evtl. schon gesehen hast, kannst du einige Funktionen nicht nutzen.
Dies ist nur in der Vollversion nötig, zu deren Kauf ich dir rate.
Du kannst zb unter "Erzwungene Programmstarts" festlegen, dass alle Browser in der Sandbox starten.
Ansonsten musst du immer auf "Sandboxed webbrowser" klicken bzw Rechtsklick, in Sandboxie starten.
Eine lebenslange Lizenz kostet 30 €, und ist auf allen deinen PC's nutzbar.

Backup Programm:
in meiner Anleitung ist bereits ein Backup Programm verlinkt, als Alternative bietet sich auch das Windows eigene Backup Programm an:
Windows 7 Systemabbild erstellen (Backup)
Dies ist aber leider nur für Windows 7 Nutzer vernünftig nutzbar.
Alle Anderen sollten sich aber auf jeden fall auch ein Backup Programm instalieren, denn dies kann unter Umständen sehr wichtig sein, zum Beispiel, wenn die Festplatte einmal kaputt ist.

Zum Schluss, die allgemeinen sicherheitstipps beachten, wenn es dich betrifft, den Tipp zum Onlinebanking beachten und alle Passwörter ändern
bitte auch lesen, wie mache ich programme für alle sichtbar:

surfe jetzt also nur noch im standard nutzer konto und dort in der sandbox.
wenn du die kostenlose version nutzt, dann mit klick auf sandboxed web browser, wenn du die bezahlversion hast, kannst du erzwungene programm starts festlegen, dann wird sandboxie immer gestartet wenn du nen browser aufrufst.
wenn du mit der maus über den browser fährst sollte der eingerahmt sein, dann bist du im sandboxed web browser
