Achtung! ihr System wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen blokiert Halli Halllo, bei mir hat sich ein extrem lästiger Trojaner eingenistet die Fehlermeldung siehe Titel. Dieser Trojaner taucht wenige Minuten nachdem ich meinen Rechner hochgefahren habe auf und blokiert diesen dan komplett, als einzige Lösung wird mir "Angeboten" Geld zu bezahlen... Avira Free Antivirus, Spybot search and Destroy und Malware Bytes Anti-Malware, erkennen den Trojaner beim Suchlauf niicht d.h ich bekomme von allen dreien die Meldung "Gratulation ihr PC ist frei von Viren/Trojanern...Sobald ich aber meien Internet Kabel anschließe dauert es wie gesagt nur wenige Minuten und schon ist die Fehlermeldung wieder da und ich kan nichts mehr machen. Da das Problem hier schon öfter bzw. zumindest so ähnlich aufgetaucht ist habe ich mir OTL runtergeladen und zwei Log-Files erstellt. Infos an mich als private nachicht achtung! dieses script sowie evtl. folgende scripts sind nur für den jeweiligen user. wenn ihr probleme habt, eröffnet eigene topics und wartet auf, für euch angepasste scripts. • Starte bitte die OTL.exe • Kopiere nun das Folgende in die Textbox. Code: :OTL• Schliesse bitte nun alle Programme. • Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button. • OTL kann gegebenfalls einen Neustart verlangen. naja du sollst das script in otl ausführen in den normalen modus starten dann moved files, einen ordner, wie beschrieben packen den link darunter lesen, in meiner anleitung, dann siehst du wo es hochzuladen ist. damit du im internet arbeiten kannst und das script kopieren kannst kannst du den pc neu starten, f8 drücken abgesicherter modus mit netzwerk wählen |

du sollst computer öffnen dort e: dann wie beschrieben moved files packen und hoch laden, wenn nicht halt mal alle ordner die unter computer gelistet werden durch gucken ob da nen ordner _OTL ist den öffnen und verfahren wie beschrieben. so schwer kanns eig nicht sein. hattest du otl vllt auf nem stick? dann ist das das laufwerk e: |

Hi schonmal vielen Dank für deine Hilfe und Geduld bis hier her =), seit Gestern Abend habe ich keine Probleme mehr mit dem Trojaner. Deshalb frage ich mich gerade ob es wirklich noch Sinnvoll ist Combofix über meinen Rechner zu jagen, den was ich darüber so gelesen habe kann das Programm ja auch so einiges schlimmer machen wen man es n icht 100%ig richtig anwendet...oder meinst du es ist zweingend notwendig das ich Combofix einmal durchlafuen lasse, damit der Trojaner endgültig verschwindet? |

hi, du hast einen spyeye und zbot trojaner auf dem pc gehabt. dieses system ist damit nicht mehr vertrauenswürdig. es muss formatiert und windows neu instaliert werden. danach muss es abgesichert werden. keine angst, ich werde dir bei allen schritten behilflich sein. 1. Datenrettung:
4. alle Passwörter ändern! 5. nach PC Absicherung, die gesicherten Daten prüfen und falls sauber: zurückspielen. 6. werde ich dann noch was zum absichern von Onlinebanking mit Chip Card Reader + Star Money sagen.. 5. erst jetzt kommt die datensicherung ans system, wird geprüft mit deinem antimalware programm, und dann wenn sauber zurück kopiert. 6. werde ich noch was zum sicheren online banking sagen. |
Hi, also...Nein ich weiß nicht wie man formatiert mache das zum erstenmal. Ich habe eine Windows-CD( d.h so eine CD-Rom wo das Betriebsystemdrauf ist) Eine Revovery-CD habe ich nicht. Als ich Windows aber zum erstenmal auf diesem Rechner instaliert habe habe ich relativ am Anfang einen Reparaturdatenträger erstellt. Ich bin mir aber überhaupt nicht merh sicher wie lange das nun schon wirklich her ist und wie genau ich diesen Datenträger wen übrhaupt werwenden müsste. So wie ich das verstehe ist darauf ein sog. Wiederherstellungspunkt auf dem noch alles funktioniert(sowas habe ich auch noch auf einer externen Festplatte, wobei ich auch hier nicht genau weiß , was alles "verloren gehen würde" wenn ich zu diesem Punkt zurückspringen würde bzw. wie genau ich das Anstellen müsste). Mein PC ist nicht von einem bestimmten Hersteller den hat mir vor Jahren mal ein Kumpel aus lauter Einzelteilen zusammengeschraubt, d.h so ziemlich jede Komponente des Rechners ist von einer anderen Firma...Die Teile hatte ich alle über HomeofHardware.de bestellt. Brauchst du jezt von jeder Komponente den Hersteller ? oder reichen bestimmte? unnd welches Gerät bzw. welche Gerätebezeichnung meinst du ? ist das veilleicht die Nummer, die hinten auf dem Gehäuse meines PCs steht? lege die cd ein starte neu drücke f12 um ins boot menü zu kommen dort wähle cd bzw dvd laufwerk dann startet er von cd wähle benutzerdefiniert. dann gelangst du nach 2 oder 3 mal drücken auf weiter zur auswal der laufwerke, dort auf erweiterte optionen für c: und formatieren wählen. dann instalieren. achtung: wenn daten nach windows.old verschoben werden sollen hast du nicht vernünftig formatiert und musst noch mal zurück. dann instalieren. falls du driver und suport cds zu dem pc oder zur hardware bekommen hast instalieren. falls dies geklappt hatt: dann sichern wir jetzt mal das system ab: ok, erst mal anmerkungen: die folgende anleitung ist umfangreich, dass ist mir klar, sie sollte aber umgesetzt werden, da nur dann dein pc sicher ist. stelle so viele fragen wie nötig, ich arbeite gern alles mit dir durch! - als antimalware empfehle ich emsisoft. dieses ist zwar eine bezahl software, aber sie bietet meiner meinung nach den besten schutz. du kannst es 30 tage lang testen, und ich kenne shops wo man es für 9 € bekommt was eig sehr günstig ist. bei den kostenlosen würde ich zu avast greifen, zwar nicht ganz so gut, aber ok. - wenn du onlinebanking machst, lasse dich von deiner bank beraten, ein card reader, klasse 3 (komfort reader) + starmoney um onlinebanking zu machen. kostet zwar was, die banken zahlen da aber dazu, sollte sich also in grenzen halten. - als browser rate ich dir zu chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome?hl=de falls du nen andern nutzen willst, sags mir dann muss ich teile der nun folgenden anleitung anpassen. http://www.trojaner-board.de/96344-a...-rechners.html Starte bitte mit der Passage, Windows Vista und Windows 7 Bitte beginne damit, Windows Updates zu instalieren. Hi, Sorry das ich mich jezt erst wieder Melde , hoffentlich guckste hier noch mal rein^^, ich nutze jezt schon seit längerem Fierfox und da ich bei diesem Browser auch ein bisschen weiß wie ich bestimmte Einstellungen machen kann würde ich auch gerne weiterhin Fierfox benutzen, außer du rätst mir davvon ab ? Hat Google Chrome irgendwelche Vorteile z.b bestimmte Eisntellungsmöglichkeiten die ich mit Fierfox nicht nutzen kann? Falls nicht ändere die Anleitung doch bitte so ab das ich wieterhin mit Fierfox surfen kann. |
