Trojaner-Board - "Windows - Delayed Write Failed" Trojaner

hallohallo,
es scheint als hätte ich mir gestern einen ziemlich fiesen Trojaner eingefangen, mit folgenden Symptomen:
* beim Start von Windows öffnen sich mehrere Fenster mit Fehlermeldungen a la "Windows - Delayed Write Failed. Failed to save all components for the file \system32\0000390c. The file is corrupt or unreadable. The error may be caused by a PC hardware problem."
* es öffnet sich ein Programm namens System Restore, welches mich auf 8 vermeintliche hardware & memory errors hinweist (das Programm ist in der Registry mit der Datei %systemroot%/system32/srcore.dll verknüpft, jedoch lässt dieser Eintrag sich nicht löschen)
* nahezu alle Symbole von meinem Desktop, aus der Startleiste, aus Eigene Dateien sind verschwunden
* diverse weitere Meldungen über vermeintliche Fehler
