Startseite weg - bitte Log auswerten

Hallo,
meine Startseite ist weg. Stattdessen kriege ich so eine merkwürdige Suchseite und zig Werbefenster (in der Adressleiste steht dann nur "about:blank"). Ich habe bereits einmal "hsremove" durchlaufen lassen (im abgesicherten Modus) dabei wurden auch 8 Einträge entfernt. Gerade eben hab ich's nochmal durchlaufen lassen, da wurden schon wieder 7 Einträge gefunden...

Das eScan AntiVirus Toolkit Utility (mwav.exe) herunterladen, die Datei in den Ordner "c:\bases" (wichtig !) entpacken und danach die "kavupd.exe" (Update) ausführen.

Das hab ich jetzt alles gemacht. Aber einige Dateien konnte ich nicht finden: Im Ornder C:\WINNT javatt32.exe und pyptf.dll, sowie in C:\WINNT\System32 ntym32.dll und sysdp.exe
Meine Startseite war jetzt gerade auch noch wie eingestellt, aber sobald ich online gehe ist wieder diese hässliche Suchseite als Startseite festgelegt. einige Postitionen ließen sich mit HJThis auch nicht fixen - hier ist der neue Bericht. Woran kann's liegen? was soll ich nun machen?

Windows Explorer -> "Extras/Ordneroptionen" -> "Ansicht" -> Haken entfernen bei "Geschützte Systemdateien ausblenden (empfohlen)" und "Alle Dateien und Ordner anzeigen" aktivieren -> "OK"

Das ist klar, weil die verantwortlichen Malware Dateien nicht gelöscht wurden.
