Servus!
Habe da mal ein kleines Problem..
1. ich kann nicht auf die Datenträgerverwaltung zugreifen.
Hinweis Meldung:

''Der Dienst für virtuelle Datenträger konnte von der Datenträgerverwaltung nicht auf desktop-blala gestartet werden.
Entweder unterstützt der Remotecomputer keinen Dienst für virtuelle Datenträger oder sie Verbindung wurde von
Firewall blockiert."

was wurde schon unternommen?:

Firewall wurde deaktiviert, keine Veränderung.
Firewall + Antivirus (Kaspersky) deaktiviert, hat auch nicht geholfen.
Kaspersky via Removal toll deinstalliert
Nvidia Experience deinstalliert

2. Weder Pc zurücksetzen , noch frischer Start funktioniert.

Erst mal den technischen Zustand der Platten prüfen!


S.M.A.R.T.-Werte der Festplatte auswerten

Mit CrystalDiskInfo kann man die S.M.A.R.T.-Werte auslesen.

Downloade bitte die portable Version von CrystalDiskInfo (Standard-Edition) unter:

Download ? Crystal Dew World

Das heruntergeladene ZIP-Archiv öffnen. Dann auf dem Desktop einen neuen Ordner "CrystalDiskInfo" anlegen, die Dateien aus dem ZIP-Archiv in diesen Ordner kopieren.

Dann aus dem Ordner heraus "DiskInfo.exe" starten.

Das Programm ermittelt automatisch die Werte. Starte im Programm unter dem Menü Bearbeiten die Funktion "Kopieren".

Kopiere diese Werte dann über Strg-V hier in den Thread hinein.

Danke für das Feedback, freut mich.

Der Kasper frisst übrigens viel Performance. Nimm doch den WIndows Defender (Windows 8/10) bzw. die Security Essentials (7). Das reicht aus und kostet nichts, den Kasper kannst du dann direkt in die Tonne klappen.

Das ist aber deine Entscheidung. Mach wie du meinst. Hauptsache es geht wieder alles.

Nur weil das Abo noch nicht ausgelaufen ist, muss man oft nachgewiesen Kontraproduktives nicht mit Gewalt weiternutzen.... :kloppen:
