Hallo! :)

Ich habe ein kleines Problem mit meinem Notebook. Das Problem trat gestern zum zweiten mal auf, dass erste mal ist ca. ein Monat her. Ich habe bei beiden Abstürzen dass gleiche Spiel (Dead by Daylight) gespielt. Alles ist normal, doch auf einmal bleibt Ton und Bild hängen. Für ca. 1 Minute passiert dann nichts. Ich kann auch nichts machen, das Notebook ist komplett "eingefroren". Dann auf einmal wird der Bildschirm schwarz und Windows startet neu. Ohne Bluescreen oder Fehlermeldung. Hab dann mal in der Ereignisanzeige nachgeschaut und da fand ich dann dass:

Der Computer wurde nach einem schwerwiegenden Fehler neu gestartet. Der Fehlercode war: 0x000000d1 (0xffff938f0e4ef000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8099c4c0bf4). Ein volles Abbild wurde gespeichert in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Berichts-ID: aac9f4fc-7443-409d-8968-9c0c89876792.

Hab natürlich im Internet nachgeschaut und habe gesehen, dass es wohl in Verbindung mit DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL steht.

Hat jemand vielleicht eine Idee? Ist etwas mit den Treibern nicht in Ordnung?

Ich habe ein Medion Erazer X7849 (MD 60255)
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700HQ
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
16 GB RAM

(Windows ist auf einer SSD installiert)

Der Treiber für das Touchpad ist das Problem? Gut, ich hätte kein Problem damit den Treiber zu deinstallieren. Ich benutze das Touchpad sowieso nicht...

Eine aktuelle Version installieren hilft üblicherweise auch gut ;)

Das Setup von dem Treiber sagt mir ich hätte eine neuere Version installiert.

Ich hab jetzt den Treiber deinstalliert und den von der Website installiert. Jetzt ist nur noch das Problem das ich nicht mehr in der Lage bin das Touchpad zu deaktivieren. Mir scheint auch die Synaptics Software zu fehlen. Die war beim Treiber anscheinend nicht dabei. Windows versucht beim Start SynTPEnhService zu starten, was aber scheitert, da das System die angegebene Datei nicht finden kann. Finde die Software leider auch nicht im Internet. :(

EDIT: Also die Software scheint schon drin zu sein, weil die SynTPEnh.exe, SynTPEnhService.exe und dir SynTPHelper.exe schon im Download Ordner sind. Sie werden aber anscheinend nicht installiert. :(
