Bluescreen "IRQL not less or equal" auf zwei PCs (Win Vista, 8.1)
 
Hallo zusammen.
Seit einem Monat habe ich auf meinem PC (Win Vista) des öfteren einen Bluescreen mit dem Titel "IRQL not less or equal". Dieser Tritt immer auf, wenn ich ein Spiel starte. Desweiteren riecht der Rechner beim Auftritt des Fehlers verschmort.

Seit gestern tritt dieser jetzt auch auf meinem neuen Laptop (Win 8.1) auf, wenn ein Spiel läuft.

Kann mir jemand die Ursache nennen? Wie kann ich diesen Fehler beheben?
Hat es was mit dem Graka Treiber zu tun? Im PC habe ich eine ATI Radeon HD 4350, im Laptop eine NVIDIA GEFORCE 820M.


Desweiteren habe ich seitdem auch ein Problem mit AVIRA (hoffe das passt hier hin, sonst verschiebe ich es). Habe das neuste AVIRA drauf auf allen meinen Geräten. Jedoch ist beim PC (Win Vista) das "Controlboard"(nenne es jetzt mal so), an der Taskleiste, leer. Kann folglich nicht mehr auf Avira zugreifen.

Hoffe jemand kann mir helfen, danke schonmal im voraus für eure Mühe!

  • Installiere es
  • Starte es als Administrator
  • Klicke oben links auf den Button "Analyze"
  • Scrolle herunter, die Bereiche Crash Dump Analysis und Conclusion bitte ins Forum kopieren

Bitte poste dein Ergebnis zwischen Code-Tags
Wie mache ich das?

Drücke einfach die # in Antwortfenster und füge den Log dazwischen ein

Da Du nicht gepostet hast, um welchen Hersteller es sich hier handellt, Bord-CD(DVD einlegen oder Herstellerseite kontaktieren und Treiber neu installieren. Vorher den alten aber sauber deinstallieren.

Das ist ein ganz anderes Problem. Hier solltest Du keine Hilfe bekommen. Hier sind Händler und/oder Hersteller wegen Garantie/Gewährleistung gefragt.

Auf deinem anderen Rechner ist wohl Avira Teil des Problems, einfach vollständig deinstallieren.
