Dauernde Computerabstürze

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Computer. Undzwar stüzt dieser immer wieder ab in unregelmäßigen Abständen ab. Dazu schaltet mein Router sich immer gleich mit ab (neustart des Routers), falls es relevant sein sollte, ich bin Kunde bei Alice und habe einen Alice WLAN 1121 "Router". Der Computer ist über Lan mit dem Netz verbunden.
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, vorab schonmal vielen dank für eure mühe.
